AGS..messing it up again. Use to get 6k raw in in 35 mins with gators in CK. Now it takes forever to just get 6k. You have to run around and chase everything now. Anything that you can lure with a musket gets one shot so you have to go get it anyway and the few that are strong enough to withstand a one shot are in the forests so the shots are obstructed and you have to go get them. lol. The Windsward Bison and Elk are the least trouble. The cats in BW are good also. The cheap proficiency boosters out of the well are a must now for gathering They really pissed me off taking the precious metals out of the Ori/Mythril ingot line. I had like 10k gold and platinum ingots. Couldn't even get the ore back out of them. The pris. leather and ingots are going up in price I think from the added difficulty now.
I think so as well. The gators were the greatest. Could run around the beaches then up through the forest area and hit boars, lions and get some herbs and ironwood as well. Cutlass keys revamp knocked the rawhide out as well as an awesome herb, silk and star metal farm. Also ruined thew wyrdwood and runewood farms. I wish they had made a separate island for PVP that we would swim or boat too lol. Thanks for watching.
Not hide related.. but ive come across an issue with my logging... obsidian sandpaper sells for almost the same price as lumber in server... so im farming mature and young trees and im producing more wood than i can keep up with sandpaper... i have to loot supply chest for an hour just to refine wood i collect in 30 minutes
If you are on a new server it will be like that for a few months. A great way if you are at least lev 60 is to do the elite chest runs. Should get a ton of the crafting reagents
Probably depends on server. I would look at the trade post and see what sells well. Low level crafting stuff like hides and tired usually are good. Component like bulrush cobs. Trophy mats from chest runs etc. I have some older videos but I don’t know what that stuff sells for currently.
@@bigheadkittygaming The only thing that will support the servers long term is sustainable revenue stream. That means either advertising amd bringing new players into the game or the existing players paying for content or server maintenance. Either DLC, e.g. season passes, campaigns, and new regions,... or, subscriptions. There isn't any other way in gaming to make ongoing revenue. There is no "world" IP or deep lore in New World Aeternum to drive merchandising or books or a TTRPG, like D&D and Warhammer 40K, or an existing subscriber base like WoW or FF because NW didn't start that way. So a transition will be really tough going.
Very nice write up. I would pay for expansions especially if they were more like the brimstone sands one. That was free but I thought it was better the angry earth.
Sorry. Pretty much all of the same info are on the new world maps. I usually only show 5 spots max. The best ones for the most part I won’t post. A trick to mess with bots is to watch the route and strat to build a camp to block them if possible. Another thing for bots that spam 1 spot is to practice your music. If the macro is spamming you will get tipped each song.
@@DapiferAdLignumVitae i like pvp too much for low pop servers so i have to stay at high pop, but i also play as ironman so i hate bots more than anything, they are everywhere
Yeah, low pop servers definitely are no good for influence races etc. My old character is on Valhalla, I don't notice a ton of bots on it. My fresh start however seems to have them. Are you guys on legacy or new servers.
6 minutes rotation around 20-23 lion/elk in East Everfall (mountain area) gave you around 7k-8k rawhides/hour.

thank you for the tip. You can actually get over 8k every 40 minutes with a proficiency booster and maxed out dex so over 10k per hour at that spot

I also thought all the cutlass stuff got turned into lev 65 plus so dark hides now.

This is precisely why i look for low population servers.
They are the best for farming. If you only do a lot of opr it’s perfect since that event is cross server and your hone server size doesn’t matter.
