From a hardgainer, if you're struggling to get calories in, drink them, you can easily push back 600/800 healthy calories with the right shakes

Yep. Even just whole milk. 3 cups a day..bam 450 cals and 24g protein. And super easy to add that in to a normal daily nutrition plan

      Underrated comment.
It’s incredible how many calories you can pack in with milk, yogurt, protein powder, oats, and peanut butter!

My go to shake (2200cal) is:
      3 cups of oats
      1/3 cup of natural peanutbutter
      1/3 cup of hemp hearts
      1-3 scoops of protein powder
Tastes delicious + digests very well = great and sustainable gains! 💪🏻

@@nicholasmcgrath1521 great! I am not a hard gainer, but since I went on keto I cannot eat more than 1.5 meals a day. It is horrible to eat more even though I feel great health wise. I will try your shake thanks!

I'm a classic hardgainer. 6 ft 155 pds. I have a very physical job moderate lifting all day. I'm eating more now. I'm definitely gonna drink more protein shakes

Not having a sedentary job is totally my problem. I love my job, but I do like 25k steps a night on top of all the activity I do when I’m not at work and usually get a good workout both at the job and outside of it as well. I try to keep up as far as caloric intake goes, but I just don’t have the appetite. I’ve managed to put on a good five pounds or so of muscle and luckily it kinda shows, but it really is a struggle to hold onto any weight gains for long. I feel like if I slow down in the gym or go a day or two without overeating I’ll lose it all.

Gym is closed again because of partial lockdown in Malaysia. I only have dumbbells at my home. I really miss barbell workouts 🥺. I’ve gained strength through barbell workouts. I’ve performed all the 5 main lifts with barbell . I’m beginner btw. Starting February 2021, I started lifting weight and now my PR for deadlift is 60kg for 5 reps. I really miss barbell workouts 😗

Thanks for this insightful video! As a hard gainer and a beginner, your content has been incredibly helpful. I’ve been working out for months and have seen small gains, but progress is extremely slow. I have some unique challenges as I’m diabetic and have vagus nerve damage, which affects my digestion and motility. This means I can’t consume large amounts of meat for protein.
I currently take Naked Whey to get 100 grams of protein daily and supplement with other foods to reach about 137-140 grams of protein since I weigh 137 pounds. Additionally, I need to keep my carb intake under 145 grams per day to manage my glucose levels.
Given these constraints, do you have any suggestions on how I can optimize my muscle growth? Any advice on training routines, diet adjustments, or supplements that could help me build muscle more effectively would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you do!

Getting stronger over time and feeding the body right shall put the muscle mass on your frame.
This is the bottom line as they have already mentioned in video, so any program that fills this criteria shall give you results.

The majority of people claiming to be "hardgainers" dont train as hard as they think they do and dont eat as much as they think they do
