Needless to say these ladies are in much higher class than most of us hecklers. The demand is growing for more advanced levels each year. The games are so much more because of the unexpected display of newly acquired skills being shown. Tennis is a beautiful sport and it still grows and shows more phenominal abilities than before.
Anisimova looked like she was going to burst into tears midway through the final set. Credit to her coach for some great encouragement and to her for fighting. Good to see Bouchard in better form too, but Amanda deserved this one.
I love the phase of player's career where Anisimova currently is. It's fun to follow progress year to year if they're likable. Its fun when you can see their hard work and experience pay off later. Or, she could disappear forever in two months; you just never know.
Point to point match. Both played well. Bouchard looks so beautiful and well groomed with matching colors and both the coaches explained their players and this gave them a bit more motivation and of course the players hard work and Anisimova finally won.
Amanda got down on herself. Lucky she had time to talk to her coach and made the 2 line challenge in the 3rd set. This was her match to win or lose from the beginning.>>>>
@ 59 minute mark in this video, there popped up a couple of ADs, blocking the viewers from seeing what exactly was happening. Are the Ad placers anti-tennis OR Anti this match, OR simply "kill-joy"s?? Shame on whosoever blocks the view this way.
Bouchard technique and movements are not organic whatsoever. Jerky movements, awkward footing, anti-graceful follow-throughs. Hard to watch, bad to mimic. Watch Anisimova, young players. Watch and learn her fluidity, natural ability to move, prepare, and hit properly.
how old is Anisimova? like 17 or something like that? she hits the cleanest ball on tour, or one of the cleanest. i have a feeling she'll cut down the errors and improve her movement as her legs get stronger and she gets older. she's my pick for future world #1. give her 5 years
Bouchard is a better mover than Anisimova but she couldn't seem to find her balance on simple shots. She seemed to have jerky movements or falling on one side when her opponent on the other side is just making it look easy. Bouchard should probably work on her balance?
Adam Johnson idk. Feels icky too wouldnt it, putting on a jacket after perspiring heavily. I have an army mate who’d do that after a run and i always cringed
Eugenie: when your mind wants to do something but your body doesn't follow, it means you're old like me, or in your case, you simply do not work hard & long enough in practice. All depends how hard you want something.
@@mublikbublik7911 i can hope can't i or it's permitted too. What can i say i am a big fun of her and i like her because she is the most beautiful of all of the girls. All the best for Genie in the future and i hope she will find her lost form and game..
From 1:00 minute mark upto about 45 seconds, the video shows three elderly men eating and drinking and smirking and laughing for no apparent reason. Are they parents/guardians of any of the contestants? Aren't they ashamed of themselves, behaving as they do like some ten year olds???
@@TheMoe88888888 Well, it's pretty obvious. The one that does not refuse shaking hands with her opponent and doesn't sue for slipping in the changing room.
What I found strange about this match was the people in the background in the Moet and Chandon stand sitting on plastic garden chairs trying to act like they some semblance of class!!...sorry guys you weren't very convincing!!....
Poor Bouchard, now ranked in the 300s and cannot get into even the qualifying tournaments of WTA events, stuck playing in ITF Transition tournaments that do not award WTA points unless you win the entire tournament and you get 1-10 WTA ranking points depending on size of the tournament! The few she played, she was out the 1st round! Bouchard did better in WTA 125K when she got WC entries into main draw. Got to 3rd round in some! To bad Bouchard seems to have ran out of WC entries now!
@George Rusch spraying disinfectant at whoever comes near it no doubt; good idea eh!! maybe we can attach a distance sensored disinfectant spray machine hooked to our belts that gives a warning beep for people to keep their distance or get sprayed; what an idea!!

Glad your back on track, pink ,& purple outfits..classic match🤗

It was so ironic that Amanda was complaining how hard Bouchard was hitting the ball, when Amanda hits way harder!
Love this match. starting the third. the best coaches on the planet.
Honestly one of the best matches of the year so far. Both fought hard. Glad Genie got some attention again!!
Amanda & Eugenie, yeah that is why I look at WTA it's beautiful to watch

I really wanted to hear more of what the coaches were saying to the players. Why does the camera break away half-way through their pep talks?
thanks for the entertainment in this difficult times. Can you upload Petkovic Matches please

Some really great tennis between these 2.
Congratulations Amanda!

True as that may be, Eugenie Bouchard is still very talented. Some tennis players are herky jerky -- it makes them tuff to play.
Congratulations to Amanda Anisimova! Better luck next time, Eugenie Bouchard.
Love them ❤💕💞
I had a chance to hug Genie a few years ago in Toronto!
It's to bad it was just a hologram. Darn!
Bouchard's luggage are unexpectedly light. That's a good thing: more sports, less advertisement!
Good match. What separates these players from the real top ones? Movement and unforced errors.

Wow, 9 broken serves in a row
Pretty obvious Anisimova's back was giving her problems here. Good for her for sticking it out.

I'm a man, a recreational tennis player. If I was to play a match with either of these women I would win, a point, I think, maybe 😒
Eugenie need to much more practice that overcome her age, herself. And then Raising a Mental to winning when deciding point.

Bouchard's too focused on tucking her pink skirt that made it look very bad having her leg exposed high.
