I do not like CFM56 engines but my god why does that one look so clean with that fan cone that looks like a mix between the IAE V2500 engine and the CFM56 it looks good

Noob question here, were you listening to the ATC while on flight or did you add it on later on?

I believe they add it later in post.

Sometimes I listen to ground and tower on my phone on the plane and I screen record it and then I use Premiere Pro to add the audio to the video file.Other times I pull an archived version of the audio and add it to the video file. Hope that helps
