Yes they are very good and of course you can play any tune you can punch, rather than only the 10 tunes on the cylinder. Musical Box Society produced a 15-note one in the shape of a piano for the 50th Anniversary of the society, along with 20 tunes for you to punch yourself. I hope to have a member send me in a video of one of those soon.
