@Tomasz Jemiołek i want to ask.. When I print more copies on My Kyocera 2040.. Black lines appear horizontally, and more i keep copying and printing, the more horizontal lines appears and atlast becomes black page.. .. I wish, I could show u image of how it appears... One guy told me its because of laser unit, maybe its damaged or its dirty.. Whats ur suggestion? Please help

This is the problem of the drum unit. The laser has nothing to do with it. Cleaning Blade is leaking toner and the problem grows worse. Replace the drum unit, and you will be fine. But one note. If you have a non-genuine toner it will always be wrong.

@@MrRicoh yes.. Im using non genuine toner.. I have 2 machine, I tried by replacing the whole Drum and developer unit.. But Black lines doesn't disappear

You can still clean the Charge unit, but it probably won't help. Anyway, a drum unit can only make 60,000 copies, maybe you've already done so much?

@@MrRicoh yes.. I have done about 135000 copies... But previously, I have done servicing from engineer. He replaced the drum, blade, cloth...i didn't make 60000 copies after he did servicing, but the lines are appearing

It is possible because only the first parts in the cash machine are enough for a long time. Subsequent exchanges will be for smaller amounts of copies. Remember, however, that DRUM is not limited to 60,000 copies, but can only produce up to 60,000. Understand? He can do 60,000 but doesn't have to, that's the manufacturer's policy. Now replace the parts again and you'll be fine.

You have to take out the fuser unit and check the heating foil and pressure roller. They are probably damaged and need to be replaced with new ones.

These are popular parts in my country, but you have to search your local market. Good luck.
