When I turn on airplane mode, the game doesn't send me to story mode. It isn't able to save anything since there is no internet, but social club stays online for some reason.
If you have a wired connection to the Internet you will need to unplug it first and only play the game on wifi otherwise your PC will not be disconnected from the Internet when you turn on airplane mode
I think if you want it to work , after a failed attempt of doing the glitch just dont do it right away wait for few minutes , then do it again make sure that the second attempt to be successful is to occure in total time of over 15 mins , ie if first attempt took you around 7 mins , make sure the second one take 8 or 9 mins so you get the money.
I have the Ethernet cable, i detach it at the right moment, it gives me the same cutscene duration as you but when i return to gta online i only get the money and not the heist preps.
@@TnT28653 i heard its no replay cooldown but i havent tested that😅 the con is just that it takes longer doing 9 missions total the last two being unskippable cutscenes with dre
It was patched 1 year ago. From then, you will get the glitch done but won't get the money. You can only do it with a friend. Make ur friend set up the heist, give you 75% cut and let him do the glitch. You will get the money and your friend can start the heist again. It only works like this. These videos are jsut clickbait.

I think this works only on the initial Cayo Perico? I don't get the cutscene.

you can disable your ethernet adapter. just go to ethernet properties and clic on '''change adapter options''', then right click and disable or enable

You got to press start, then you can choose the options (approach vehicles and stuff) if thats what you mean
