Thanks! There are certain size limitations when you apply for a BTO as a single. I think before considering the locations, the first thing to ask yourself is whether you're ok with the size limitations?
The prices for the 2b1b there haven't really moved much in the last 3 years. I'd say this is a red flag and worries me. Besides that, personally I prefer to have a 2b2b minimally. So maybe with the same quantum as Poiz 2b1b, I would prioritise a 2b2b in a less central location instead (OCR). With that price still possible to get near MRT 2b2b, maybe slightly older by a few years. You also get to enter at a lower psf, which is usually a good thing. Is there any particular reason you favour Poiz?
