Such an interesting conversation we have here! Some information I already knew but we got more in depth here. Let's sum it up: 1. There are 3 phase when you register to join Vspo; administration (form), game interview, and interview with unei 1 (CEO of Vspo) 2. I did gather that during the game interview, you will play with existing members to see your skill and chemistry with members 3. Transferees (like Met, Akarin, and Qpi) still have to audition like anyone else. I honestly thought since they have established relationship with existing members they just automatically got accepted. 4. Unei 1 prefers confident people than timid people. 5. Kuromu is already in the company when Akarin auditioned and had a game interview with Beni. I think Unei 1 has a good eye for talent and people, and VSpo is a great company with great management. Seeing it's their 5th year and they are doing better and better. And I think (correct me if I'm wrong) in Kuromu's after-debut talk, she mentioned that VSpo has actual monthly wage outside the merch/superchat/membership. So even members with lesser popularity still able to support themselves.
Wait, where was Q-chan before vspo? Also I could have sworn akarin wasn't from vspo but I didn't remember where she was from so thanks for the info that she was a transferee
@@Priceless_TMT Qpi was from a vtuber agency called Busokanojo, but it went bankrupt. Qpi said that if Hinano didn't ask her to join Vspo back then, she would have quitted. Akarin was a pretty big name as an indie twitch streamer, but she was not a vtuber. When she joined Vspo, she also made her debut as a vtuber.
As a person who brushed death afew times irl (due to severe asthma) she made it her great purpose in life to never live in regrets, and thats what made her personality as a person
Kuromu is such a chad, she just said that and got accepted. Never let her find a black book to write people's names tho xD Sounds like a very fun audition where you can game to prove your worth
I thought they just picked up Akarin. Obviously I figured they would have talked with her about it a lot, but I didnt think she would have to take the same interview as everyone else
Some people just have the knack for it. or Gaming Sense in other words. Also it was quite easier to climb up the ranks in Apex last 2020, compared now.
she uses oxygen shots sometimes maybe that's an indicator that something is affecting her voice, in the 2023 countdown on vspo her singing voice was great tho
Management: "Why should we hire you?"
Kuromu: "I am Him."
Management: "She's Him. Hired."
Management: why should we hire you?
Chad Kuromu: Because I'm great and I know it... leaves
Sweat, blood and tears to be vspo

Chad kuromu 😂
thats intresting, the member is also very involved in the hiring process

Oh they actually have a whole interview thing, i thought they just record their laughs and send them to vspo
Sasuga desu, sexy dynamite body lady Kuromu.
And that's a good idea from Beni!
I'm really curious about what Ashumi wrote when she auditioned since she didn't have any fps experience prior to vspo haha
Sasuga Beni-sama
2:22 platinum in 2 weeks wiithout touching any fps???

i'm sure she's funny cute talented etc. but damn i really can't get used to that voice... it just feels so unnatural lol
Give it a few months time, all their voices kinda "straighten out" (for lack of a better term) after a little while
she def gonna change her voice on stream at some point. it hurts the throat if thats not her natural voice
@@carismabreak6515 yea i noticed hinano's voice also changed over time when i rewatch oreapo clips

did beni make that stream?
