Honestly, everyone's gacha artstyle is so fleshout nowadays, the simple approach is actually really refreshing to the eyes. (Tho, there's something very uncanny about Celestia and a genuine smile on her face... So freaking creepy...)
FR ESPECIALLY DURING 2020 TO 2021! back in those times, people added a whole lot of accessories to their danganronpa cosplays to the point that you probably just wanted a cosplay with no extra accessories like me, even in gacha people were still adding a whole lot of extra accessories to whatever danganronpa characters they made to the point it just didn't look like the character itself, so seeing simple or somewhat canon designs are so refreshing to see and makes me happy (ik this is long but I just had to say it)
same here in that I don't think Makoto is the best protag, but he IS my favoritalso, the first cast is my favorite too, I love every character and don't hate any of them my favorite class in terms of their dynamic and interactions (the other two classes is sooo divided, just because of Nagito and Kokichi, hehehe Class 77 is divided before Chisa became their teacher, and even when they came together Hiyoko "isolates" Mikan, and is only close to Mahiru, Peko and Kuzuryuu are in a world of their own, and then they're all creeped out by Nagito, while Chiaki is still not that close to everyone so she can't act the glue of the class like Makoto is TLDR; point is because Hiyoko, Fuyuhiko (and Peko), and Nagito isn't that friendly, while Chiaki isn't the glue, their class is really divided For Shuichi's class, Kokichi acts as the antagonist, making him not really "part" of the class, more like their enemy, Ryoma is too elusive, and Kaitoand Maki severely antagonizes Kokichi (sometimes rightfully so, sometimes not really listening) Sorry I tend to ramble when it's about Danganronpa 😂😂😂
