that's a good question. I would ask the salon owner and see what he/she says.
Thank you for this! I got licensed in permanent cosmetics & microblading about 4 yrs ago…. And have done maybe a total of 8 ppl so far, haven’t been satisfied of my work so far at all. I can practice all day & great on practice skin but when it comes to real skin, I loose mapping & then there goes the whole thing. Which totally discourages me, I originally wanted to do this business to HELP ppl but feel as though up to this point I’m not helping whatsoever… ugh help !!

I don't do ads on instagram bc theyre not worth it (financially) unless youre okay with spending a lot of money. But I would definitely share a post and to your story! 👍🏻

How much did it take to start off ?
I don't have an exact number. only how much I spent on trainings in the first six months which was $3300. but I spent money on others things. tons of start up costs like supplies and other gear needed.,
I got robbed too! But I didn’t stop either!

I first started out of my house. slowly learning with each new client. then I opened my first studio. Just make sure your place is clean and following the OSHA rules. I stick to google ads. I feel like more people use google and yelp hassles the shit out of you (unlike google)

Did you pay to Fox News to make a story about your business?
no I did not. I reached out to them and asked them if they were interested in my story. It seemed like a good story since microblading was still so new and not many people knew what it was. It NEVEr hurts to ask.
@@bossbrowsla thank you for your answer. We have a local newspaper on Facebook, thought to ask them if they would be interested in spreading the info about me as a new artist in the area.
Google reviews are really helpful, most of my clients will leave a good review but some of them they just doesn’t answer when I sent a message to offer $50 vouchers for leaving a google review
THat's their loss I guess!
