Stephanie I’m dealing with the exact same thing with my oldest daughter. I took on the responsibility of raising her 2 daughters and I’m so glad that I did bc they’re both honor students and her oldest daughter is graduating Thursday from the 1st 2 yrs of college going too be a psychiatrist and she’s graduating with honors. Thank you so much for speaking on this.

You are so right! I’ve been teaching myself how to let go of my grown sons mess that they have going on.
It is easier than we think… it just becomes a habit and so it seems hard, but once you make a decision to do it… it’s so easy sis. It’s like you can breathe now.

Your visions coming into reality are fun to watch. 🌻 The plant has a lot of volume and stands alone and definitely looks good on the cart. Car chat was real and raw. Family matters causes stress and it’s part of these curses that are still on Israel. It reminded me of a doctors visit about my blood pressure and weight gain yrs ago ; I told him the next time he see me I won’t need meds and he looked at me like I was crazy. 3 months late, everything normal Walking and a lot of billy blanks and fasting. We have a problem placing our cares on HIM and we pay for it for not letting go and it’s hard cause we love hard These trials and tribulations gon keep coming Until. but having some knowledge on how to cope helps and you’re doing it up sis. Hi Mrs. Stephanie I'm late watching this, I'm in tears listening to your car talk, this is helping me my hubby passed 4yrs ago after being married for 19 yrs, the first 2yrs was very stressful but i had to ask God to help me because i still have two children to raise our oldest was graduating and the younger two at the time was 13 & 9 now their 22, 18, & 14. So this last 2yrs ive been ok im still learning how to distress. I was wondering why my stomach was hurting now i know why listening to your story i was stressed out. So i thank you Mrs. Stephanie for telling your testimony because thats what it is, it has helped me once again thank you until the next vlog be blessed❤

Preach to the choir girl, you are so right about stress being the cause of our sickness, physically and emotionally. I am trying to not be so stressed about things I can't control. I am beginning to see I can't control what other people are doing, only what I do. You helped me to realize and take a look at my own stress. Thank you Stephanie for this informative chat. I felt like you were my best friend talking to me. Another way is for us to cast all our cares and worries to God, just give it to him. My bowels have been off and just the way you explained yours was. I’m going to try my best to let things go, for the sake of ME because honey, my stomach has been doing NUMBERS. I’m so glad your heart feels lighter after listening to the talk. We just don’t have a lot of info about stress and it has made such a difference in my life since getting educated about it. Give yourself grace sis and take some deep breaths. Try to eat gut healthy foods and it will really help… I promise! But it’s mostly just living slow and again, giving ourselves grace. It’s ok to not let anything weigh you down. Love you too Serenity🩷🩷🩷

You are so right about the stress. I have family members and other people that depend too much on me and I've always tried to help these people but I'm in my 40s now, my kids are almost grown, and I've got health issues. I just can't keep up with everyone else anymore. They don't do better, so I'm the one who ends up stressed. I ended up in the psych ward due to stress. I've had an anxiety disorder since I was a child (abuse growing up) and my brain just doesn't work right. I'm on meds to help regulate it. Those meds make me tired, so it's hard to get things done, but I manage to. I need to set more boundaries with people. They need to figure out their own stuff. I've done all I can. I'm sorry about the situation with your daughter. Hopefully she will see the direction of her life and choose to do better. I helped take care of my brother's son when he was a baby and toddler because his mom just left. I've done enough helping people in my life and I've started to not answer calls when I just know it's someone just wanting a favor.

Hey Stephanie loved your video. Thanks for the shout out. I was in the kitchen and girl I heard my name. I was like Hi Stephanie to the TV. Lol so funny. Wow girl your chat hit home for me. You are so right about our medical system they keep pushing meds without finding out the root cause. The meds do nothing but make us sicker it's a vicious cycle. I'm a worrier/fixer. I try to please everyone but myself. I find it's very hard for me to say no because I carry so much guilt from stuff from being a mom to my abusive childhood. About the time I think I took care of my stuff something hits me upside my head. My son went to prison at the age of 15. He is now 45. I pray he gets granted parole next month. I'm so glad that I have Jesus in my life. I couldn't do anything without him. Anyway this video today is just what I needed. My daughter lives in Columbus, GA. We're going down next week for my granddaughter's graduation. I'm so excited!!!❤ I'm so excited to see your accent wall all done. I bet it's going to be beautiful. I have an accent wall in my home I painted red but it's a darker red almost burgundy. It really stands out. Love ya Stephanie see ya on your next video!!

I can only imagine how that must make you feel and has for all of these years. Stop carrying the guilt Tina, it’s over, whatever it is it’s already happened and you MUST move past it. We are not here to carry quilt for things we did out of ignorance, we have to heal and forgive even ourselves. It’s the only pathway to peace. Everything is going to be okay… it always is♥️

I totally understand about raising your daughters. I went through a similar situation. I took it on when I should have step back. I have stomach issues as well. My food isn’t digesting right in my stomach. I wish I would have chosen me. But I couldn’t because of my love and concern for my grandkids. I’m praying that I can get my stomach and self back healthy. I’m 60 years old. At this age I’m desiring peace.

i'm glad you are here with your life, the first vlog of you having your grandson, i wanted to say no, it's not your stuff, but it would not have been received as it was meant. as a therapist, i tell my clients, you don't need a therapist, you just need to trust yourself. we can help you work through whatever the issue is, but you have to do the work...let go of folks, understand it's okay to put you first and like you said, people are going to be mad at you regardless...your "gut" is your second brain, the sacral chakra...when it's off balance (emotions) there will be issues that manifest in the physical body, so being "in your feelings" isn't always healthy find out why a situation triggers our feelings, then we are on our way to healing...at some point we reach wellness...i hope that is received so people who do seek professional mental help understand our wellness is up to us.
Thank you so much… I really appreciate this comment. I don’t REALLY feel like a NEED therapy because I’m pretty good at handling myself as I grow older and I’m pretty self aware, but I’ll try it and see how it goes… it may not be long term like a lot of ppl who may ACTUALLY NEED it😊

Hi Stephanie! Trauma can control your life and interrupt your vision. Your decision to step back and let people make their own faults is hard to do when you have been conditioned to take care of people. It's going to be hard, but ween yourself graciously and meditate on your decisions. Once you finish your detox, you will have truly released your stress and negative FLORA from your mind, body and spirit. Take care of YOU. ❤SHANNON
