The police have probable cause if a judge says they have probable cause.

I'm not on probation and they are saying I'm on probation. I have never been charged with a crime or been convicted of a crime.

How about police avoiding the warrant all together in a slick manner and just enter the home lying about exigent circumstances and multiple officers doing this

In Illinois it is likely that a police chief will order a bomb threat.
It is legal to do that here at least to skirt the search warrant requirements.
    It happened to me.
I owned a bar in Illinois for 22 years.
The chief could not get a warrant to search the building.
He had a CI to call in a bomb threat to me.
I called police to report the threat.
The cops walk right in with drug dogs and detain everyone in the building.
They did not clear the residential area, including the house 2 feet away.
They did not investigate who made the call.
They refused to give me the certification of the dog.
    No FBI present.
They found no signs of drugs (or bombs).
These local cops had been harassing us for years, illegal stops and searches, false arrests, forcible evictions, the killing of an employee's family (Roger Holyfield), hundreds of falsified police reports, hundreds of civil rights violations.
"My officers do exactly what I tell them to do."
There is no crime, no felony that police will not commit.
And the governor, AG, State Police, FBI, DEA, and DOJ all refused to investigate.
Bomb threats in Illinois is legal.

Unfortunately Illinois is a blue state, so no surprise they're corrupt there and they consider it legal. This might've been a different case in a red state, although the authorities are given ample power and basically whatever they do they can get away with.

@@smooveking773 A short time after the bomb threat, these same cops set up a blacked-out police car at night, parked directly behind us with several other cars with all lights on at the other end of the parking lot.
If I had not seen that car before on Hwy170 in Missouri, we would be dead.
" The suspects assaulted my officers with their vehicle while trying to escape, so my officers shot the suspects 200 times for their safety."
This is the same town/police that killed a child for holding a Bible on a public sidewalk.
      Google it.
Same town that listed my business as overserving hundreds of DUI arrests, except we never served any of them or even knew them.
They were protecting the bar owner down the street.
I have 22 years of horror stories about that town, I know where a lot of skeletons are buried and have the evidence.
No one wants this evidence to be made public.

I was at a house at Christmas time to buy a purse from a guy and eight minutes after I walked in the house to buy the purse. The guy was hit with raid the New Jersey swat team, and I had a gun pointed at my face on my face, because I was hiding behind the door when they came in I thought the guy was being robbed, and the police bashed the door because I had behind the door and the police bashed the door and wrap guns in my eye and face. they drugged me down the hallway and handcuffs, and then I learned that they were police officers. They searched me three timesand it was awful. They even got a warrant to search my car and I had no dealings with this guy didn’t even know but Later found out he had a complaint warrant with probably causing conspiracy and they did find drugs in his house, so is that why they search me because they found drugs in his house and they thought maybe I had drugs on me too
