OMG yess adelaide!! This is the first dream cast i've seen with the same actress for Mare. I also see Thomas Brodie Sangster as Kilorn and Charlize Theron as Elara but Russel Crowe is spot on as King Tiberios VI!

I literally pictured Matthew as Cal while reading the books. To me no one seems more perfect than him
I dont think adelaine is the rigth for this part, cuz she looks like a role model, a princess, someone who was buld for the attention and atraccion, besides, she is very tall, and mare is short and has a different body type, not like model, but like a warrior, that once were poor, but today she figths for them

Nope Queen Elara has to be played by the women who was the Queen in the movie that came after the Snow White movie . Actually I prefer Austin Butler for Kilorn's role. The girl you chose for Mare is perfect!!

But, I would choose Emilia Clarke for Farley, it's more badass than Lili and for Kilorn I can't choose between Ansel and Dylan O'Brien, I think both would do a great job as Kilorn.

I say yes to all... Except Mare's family needs a little darker skin. Mare is light brown, not white. That's one thing that I genuinely hope to god they won't mess up :/

I kinda felt like Maven would be a platinum blonde with icy eyes and Mare would have faded, damaged dark blonde hair. Anyone else agree?

I just now finished this entire series, and wow your cast is picture perfect to me.
I love all the characters for the Red Queen Cast (this is the first one I actually almost agree with!), I just think that Mare should be a little more tanned to suit the description of her character more.
i didn't really think the whole thing through when i made this otherwise i would have looked for a more golden toned actress for Mare

Evangeline is Asian, Gina’s hair is a bit brighter red, kilorn has blond hair and green eyes, but that’s it. Other than that the cast seems pretty accurate

I think a large part of the random did not pick up on the fact that Evangeline’s mother is of East Asian decent. So that would mean her and Tolly would share some of their mother’s features. But everyone else is so great!

Why are all of the barrows white? Mare is described as having a golden skin tone that sounds more like she would have Asian ancestory to me🤔

No criticism, but all the Barrows are described as having dark brown skin, and perhaps being Spanish or Latina in heritage. I don't think pale actors would be the best way to represent that...

WickedIceQueen in the book that have to make mare’s skin lighter. That would be considered white washing in the movie. And it would get a lot of hate.
