Let's be real, this is almost certainly an advertisement for the "paid tool" being featured. Doesn't provide even a single example of Excel + AI in action. Also the tool not only wants your money, but your email address too. Willing to bet it'll share your email with third parties for even more income. Wouldn't touch any of this with a 50 foot pole.
