Ciao, no in queste zone non è necessario avere alcun permesso per volare. Può essere che in questi anni sia cambiata qualche regola e quindi qualche zona magari sia diventata rossa, ma non saprei dirti perché avevo verificato ai tempi. Consulta sempre d-flight per avere la certezza
