Kerri striked gold with this. Its good to see that the 1990's House and Garage sound is still being carried forward into the decade of 2000 and beyond. Now listen all you up and coming producers of todays this is what what ewe mean by the 1990's House and Garage sound. We had tunes coming out every 2 weeks from 1986 to 1996 like this. These best period for the music hands down
Yiou just have to say Wow! It so, so good. Can you imagine this being dropped in a Underground Jazz Club with all the best Dancers in London dropping foot to this. I wish the club called "Talking Loud and saying something" (London) was still going . There you would have seen the floor move and see amazing dancers doing impossible dance moves to this and other jazz/house and straight ahead tunes.
there's a lot of similar sounding stuff coming out atm, particularly in the UK bass music scene. I'd say the main difference now is more vocal chopping and more buildups before main rhythms are introduced - 'drops' if you can bear to use that word dubstep has taken over. I listen to lots of mixes and house & garage classics from the 90s, even 80s, most often than not get a play
yeah i feel you i hate that build up shit then drop the rhythms..it seems so fucking childish....its like- really!!!...just play the fucking song so we can dance and groove to the got dayum grove...weak ass dj's do that shit...i dont know to many brothers that i've heard do that exclusively...(well at least not from what i hear in deetroit)
