There has to be a home ground race on a hill of feathers choice and a neutral ground one where neither have the KOM only way to make sure it’s fair and they are really fun to watch
I recently found myself on a climb that maxed out at 18% and thought I was going to have a heart attack, and that was in "just get to the top" survival mode, so hats off to riders like these who can race up them at that speed where I'd be gasping and probably dying 😀

Kudos to Feather for keeping up like this after having a BIG effort the day before. Theese super steep climbs leave quite the pain in your muscles after (at least for me it did) so I understand why he couldn't keep up with IL BANDITO :DDD

Andy Feather has climbed a few of the hills near me, I think whilst he was in area for the UK champs a few years ago. His times are phenomenal - I'm convinced some people take longer to get down a few of the slopes than he did to climb them!
Luca knew where to kick but I think Andrew could've kept up had he known that climb better. Tough race. I'd like to see Feather v Bandito on the famous Alpe d'Huez or Angliru. Neutral ground.
you need to get Phill Gamon to race some of these climbs. Or you know come to Big Bear, California to race him on his favorite climbs & to race the Team Legion climber.

I'm not surprised Feather was 40 watts down if he'd ridden the other hill just the day before. It must have been a novel for them both to be riding so fast and still have someone with them.

During the gran tour the professional cyclist reach 300tss per day….and the best cyclist get each performance at same level day by day.

I'd love them to do Mt. Rigi (nicknamed "Queen of the mountains") in central Switzerland. It's neutral terrain, 1200+m ascent on 11km, good part 20%+ and a magic view from the top.
I used to be just a runner that could run a half marathon at a pretty good pace. I found GCN after starting my training for a triathlon when I could barely make half distance (12.5 out of 24.9 miles) on the biking portion without felling like my legs were going to fall off. Many of these videos helped change how I train/how I bike during a race and I just did a ride yesterday that was 120% of the race distance for triathlon biking at race pace (30 out of 24.9 miles) and I even felt great enough to run most of the 10k (6.2 mile) run immediately afterwards. With the help of GCN's videos, I am well ahead of what I thought was ever going to be possible with my current level of fitness. Thank you GCN!

We've recently done a 300m hill with a max of 27% and sat at an average 20% for the majority of the short climb. But I didn't know if I was more scare of flipping my bike backwards or not making it to the top! 😂 So a massive sized kudo to these two men! I felt breathless just watching it.
Two top riders putting all their effort in and a bloke on an ebike tootling up the climb looking around and probably whistling to myself. Yet ebikers love to tell us all how they still need to put the work in and how much fitter ebiking get you!

I love these videos and the fact that these cyclists have full-time jobs and still doing amazing on these climbs. Also, the steppes climb I have ridden is about 12 or 15% I cannot imagine going on a 20% climb ill probably do the walk of shame 😆
