3:30, you listed the crit chance for skills as an S-tier upgrade. I would agree, if the General's Sabre did not exist. However, since the General's Sabre is a relic that you can acquire, it makes the crit chance upgrade less useful. Simply for this fact, I would have relegated crit chance to an A-rank upgrade. I noticed that you didn't have a Relics tier list. I can understand how daunting that could be to make. However, a possible way to make it more manageable could be to break it down into groups. For example, you make a tier lift of the freeze based relics or the healing based relics or the poison based relics (I think you get the idea). Then, after you have discussed those groups, you can make a composition video and simply combine the various lists you have already done the research on, so it may be easier to complete.
I love the length and analysis of this video. the format is well simple, thus making it very effective. Also, I think it would be interesting if there could somehow be a community poll, where everyone submits their own tier lists and it gets compiled into one major list

One suggestion i think would be cool is if you included the general upgrades with each skill only because since some upgrades arent as desirable, maybe for specific skills one of the general upgrades would be more desireable than the skill specific upgrades for example, how blast bomb would be way better to go with the damage upgrade than upgrade 1 or 2 since you still get the ultimate upgrade even with the general ones

Yeah, looking back at the tierlist, I think the Ultimate Upgrade for Arlan's Lucky Dice should be moved back to A Tier. In the moment I was thinking about a very specific "Spam" build that no longer works as well, because they changed the Ultimate Upgrade to have the requirement of 'Perfecting' the Skill to get the benefit (Rolling the Second Dice).
