yes sir, you are a relief, maybe you can help me, coz my real problem is that my laptop randomly freeze. most of the time when I'm using utube, it will affect the sounds quality for 3sec. then it will freeze, nothing u can do, unless hard reset. I already read some solution and try to do, maybe by next week I can find out. it happens randomly maybe twice a week. hope u know this problem.. cheers!! and thank you again.
Karl, it seems that you're having issues with drivers because your laptop shouldn't freeze randomly like that. This leads to other questions like how old is your laptop, what OS you have, are/were there any viruses, trojans, malware, etc.?? It may also be hardware issues, most likely the hard drive if it's Seagate.

I have a different problem. When i have amazon prime video open, minimize it and wait for a while, my *whole screen* gets completely black. When i close google chrome (alt + tab, alt + f4) i can use my PC again. I don't think that the hardware acceleration causes this problem because chrome is minimized when it happens. Amazon video is the only website that causes it.

But after like 2 days, I said the hell with this, I had to perform the necessary surgery and solve this extremely annoying problem.
