Alopecia on my 5 yr old

We found out our daughter had alopecia last summer when she was 4 yrs old. Now she is is 5 and in one yr we have seen a huge difference but once again she is having fall out. It’s falling out different this time. Once again we are on the mission on keeping her hair.
