Nauticat is so special and I love this older traditional models more than the sailboat models. They don´t sail in check wind, but they are not build for such sailing. It is a motorsailer as can sail good with the right winds. I like all videos as you have to show here. Nice camera job and editing.
I remember the boat. I was for sale in 2001 or 2002. I was interestet to buy it, but it was in very bad shape. You have must done a very good job, now the boat looks very good. The same year I bought an other nauticat 33, year 1974.
@@guidouytterhaegen I don't remember exactly which marina it was around Antwerpen (Terneuze?). We went there from De Panne, because we had a vacation home this time in De Panne. I found the boat in the internet. The boat was too expensive for its condition. Owners cabin around the window on backboard was total rotten, and water came through the teak in various places. The boat i bought some weeks later was a lot cheaper and in exellent condition. But what I see now is the naughty ghost also in perfect condition. Well done! @@misterferien In Terneuzen was the "home port" from our NC33 (very similiar to the naughty ghost). Maybe you have seen our boat. :) (The shipyard (at Schependijk) has been demolished during the last years.)
Great boats I bought one last year and have done a full refurb on her new heart and face lift But kept her all original I'll post videos and photos soon
Nice work! We have banned all the faithless Mastervolt Stuff (except the isolating transformer and the dc distribution) from our NC33, Victron was the stuff of our choice. :) (Oh dear... all the rotten wood, terrible. We have just finished that work.)
