It’s very quick to set up and I definitely think you could do that if you wanted to. Maybe a minute or so. If you had a powered on and connected already, you would just do a quick alignment each time.
Trying to decide between this and the R10 for range use. Curious which device is more accurate when it comes to the data compared to the gc. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
Both of these units do a pretty solid job tracking ball outdoors because they have radar. Mlm2pro does have advantage with the impact camera and Swing camera capabilities.
No, those units are getting very old. I don’t think you can even get flash replacements for them now. Just be careful as you might be much better off going BLP or GC3.
More and more ranges are going to “distance limited” balls. Even a standard range ball is going to give different numbers than premium balls. I am finding going to range useful in terms of trying to get data. Merely good for final loosening. Do all my range work at home. Would love to see you comment on that.
Yeah each range is unique. My club has a mix of Callaway Range and Titleist Pro V’s from PGA events they host. I find both of them comparable so I don’t mind it. But, cheap generic range balls I just don’t put stock into distance or spin just flight.

planning to buy one. hows the performance using the range balls?
Solid. It tracks the ball using radar so works well.
Don’t it’s unreliable
@@liamhunt4015what’s reliable then?
Hey i am looking to make budget golf simulator, which one will you recommend? Gramin r10 or this rapsodo MLM2pro
They both have unique features and abilities. Shoot me an email and I can explain in detail. a98cr125@gmail.com
did they resolve the connection issues? read lots of negative comments over connection.
I actually never experienced those issues, but I always use direct connection. I actually did a video showing how to use direct connection.
How quickly can it set up? Could this be used to trace shots during a round?

Great video! I’d love to try it.
Thanks for watching
Hi does the rapsoda come with the tracer feature as well?
Yes, this tracer is coming from the Rapsodo software
Getting one of these for Christmas. You think it’s a good choice?
It is a solid setup for the money. I have found the SkyTrak+ to provide solid data as well within an expected tolerance.
@@GolfSimulatorVideos the skytrack+ is also like $1,000 more too lol
Do you. Have to have the premium membership to use slow motion playback?
How does the rapsodo do with range balls compared to the balls it comes with?
Based on testing so far it appears to be doing really well. Since it is actually tracking the ball outdoors using radar it makes sense.
Which models play max graphics on ipad?
I would get newer one with an M chip
@GolfSimulatorVideos m2 needed? I see people getting recommended only medium quality with older m1 chip. Shame
Do you have any contacts for a GC2?
