No way am I lunging while keeping up with the music! Way too much for me during the Frosty the Snowman big HIIT set! I am doing the low intensity version and I am glad that it’s there for me to use and to follow along with to keep me in time with the pace of the music.

A really good alt for the frosty part with the lunge is doing the same thing but once you get to the end do a squat touch to the ground. When I’m running really fast lunges hurt my knees!

I’m switching to the LIIT videos when there’s fast paced music and difficult exercise moves that go along with it. I’m not a fast paced person! I like things at a slower pace.
