What is the next Step in this direction you could do at the point of Life where you are standing? There is always a Step we can do, it dont has to be the wilderness of Sweden 😉🌻

Your cinematography is always amazing but this episode was truly stunning. The opening sequence was magical especially the sheep in the golden hour light. So happy for you all finally getting the roof poured on your cold cellar.

Noooooo! That was never half an hour!!! I truly thought it seemed like 5 or so, it flew by as I was so absorbed and enjoying the fantastic photography so much... and the people and acheivements!

I especially loved the sequence with the accordeon. I play it also, and EVERY child is fascinated by this instrument. Often, they want to touch the buttons and the keys and try to figure out what happens when you open and shut the bellow. Ivar is such a cute little boy !
I am so sorry for your loss. It is always difficult to lose a grandmother. You did an amazing job on the concrete. You are absolutely right about the importance of community. Some of our old age homes have regular visits from the children who attend daycare. It benefits everyone. There are solutions to almost all of our problems if we approach them from a place of respect and compassion. This includes the Earth and everything that lives on it. Thanks for the great video.
Maybe next time you pour any cement you can let your son put his hand print in wet cement so he can see when he gets older how small his hand was. Our house built in 1910 and we have any area where those people did that to their children when they were babies. Those children are in their 80s now. They visited us about 10 years ago and we showed the prints to them. They had forgot all about that.
My understanding is that the concrete roof will be underground so it's not something a handprint would show up on. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I like what you said about regenerative agriculture: growing soil and sequestering carbon. It’s taken me years to clarify those concepts but I’m getting it now. It’s so neat to watch your family as you share your journey with the RUclips world.

@@terryjp3050 I think they have mentioned having some milk cows before. One of their neighbors sells them cow's milk right now. I remember that from one of the great cheese making videos.

Amazing amount of work, well done to both of you. Your comments about community are right on - I recently moved to my own project in the countryside and we are living in a ruined house but building a small cabin for the winter. I don’t know if I could have managed to get this far without the occasional help from our farmer neighbor to do some of the heavy work 😊 we kept saying thank you and his comments really touched me because he just said ‘we need to help each other don’t we?’. Can’t wait to see the cheese cellar in use, love your videos and thanks for making them 😁

Such an awesome project, good neighbors are difficult to find and a strong community is even more difficult, especially, it seems in this day and age. But y'all are off to a great start. Awesome new cellar!! I know how you feel, I've done lots of rock and mortar work, designing and installing above ground water features, ponds, and waterfalls, with rock based creeks and streams. Because, unlike y'all here in the Texas Hill Country, we on average can only dig down about six inches, before we hit several feet thick layers of limestone. So everything has to be built up. For the most part.
Community is very hard to come by these days. Glad they have help to call on.

My DAD would Have been Proud Of Your Building Skills He was A Bricklayer All His Life Yepp ..he went into the second world war At 19yrs Old and Was ADesert RAT for near 4yrs In Africa Then 1945/6 he started his Trade And was In it For 50yrs So hes looking Down On You!!! Both Tc Uk

Congratulations on your roof!! Tova must be excited to fill your cellar with cheese! When I had goats I did some cheese-making and other dairy products and loved it. I hope to share a dairy cow with a local farmer, since I do not have enough land to keep one, myself. If not, Nubian goats are my 2nd choice. Your videos inspire so much. I have a space for an excellent cellar in a hillside on my property, but my husband might install Bilco doors to the basement, which will provide a sort of root cellar for me. Plus, I'm dreaming up an outdoor kitchen. My husband has always wanted me to have one, but we never really sat down to figure one out. Now, I have ideas!
