How I wish my mother was alive to be able to watch these videos of her life back in the Ukraine so many years ago. She would have been so happy but at the same time so sad. She was so proud to be Ukrainian. I wish I had a photographic memory of all the stories of her life, family and the time during the war, what she had to endure and what she achieved after arriving in England. These are my favorites for my Ukraine wife to make for me. I like them better than the dunplings with meat. And I can be very happy if I have the meat dumplings with American southern gravy on them and the fruit dumplings for desert. But I only get that meal on special occasions or if she wants a new pair of heels. LOL.
