Releasing Anger CHAKRA CLEANSING

I didn’t realize how not acknowledging anger could lead to depression, because in order to control it sometimes it feels like it’s not right to feel it through this meditation, and these two explanations today, morning, and evening, I finally recognize myself being angry, and not cleaning those forms from the past that created as a fraction thank you master for such an amazing class do you have less you doing a great job? I am so grateful for this valuable lesson and meditation. Going through a transitional period being surrounded by different people and environment introduces new challenges to experience. Feelings of frustration and anger. The feelings of anger do come and I am so fortunate to have you as a teacher to help me through this challenging time.
