I spent Christmas Day in Hobart back around 2006 I think, the shots at the end really brought my memories of the city back. Didn't do hiking when I was there so seeing the Overland track was great. I visited Port Arthur and it really made an impression on me. Loved Tasmania when I was visited.
Hobart and Port Arthur are both great, sounds like a great place to spend the Christmas break. Did you see you other Tasmania video? It goes into these areas and the rest of the Tassie East Coast in detail.
The transfer company we used had a service that allowed us to store luggage, probably should’ve included that in the video but I was new to vlogging at that stage. Can’t remember their name unfortunately. I’m sure they’re still around if you check google! 😊
Nice video. Very informative. Thank you.
You’re welcome! If you’re planning to do the trail hope you had an amazing time like we did!

@@GlobalTravelStories no I haven't seen the other Tassie video but I'm going to go find it now thanks for letting me know about it 😀
You’re welcome, it should be in the Australia Playlist (if that makes it easier to find). We loved Tassie, hope to return someday soon!
Very nice video, really enjoyed the journey
Thank you, one of my favourite treks in the world!
Hi guys, great vid. Very informative. Question, were you able to store your suitcases at Lake St Claire lodge?

Hi thanks for the video makes me want to go back and do the bits that we missed.
Yeah we felt the same, so many great options on that trail. Will definitely be worth getting back to someday!
