It's actually very easy to get his mastery,go to a private server,farm Ur ult as bakugou,wait for 30 mins for the namu to spawn,make him one tap with bakugou's ult,switch to dabi,and kill him with dabi,that easy. It takes around 8-9 hours to complete,not that hard tbh.
Tbh mastered Dabi is one of the best move sets in the game due to the amount of moves. Ps: If you get the awaken 3 times daily quests and have ps+ you can use give ult no stun and remove ult after using it :)

Koop what I do for the fastest way to get mastry is I use bakugo awk get him super low then use what charectar I need mastry for
at the end of dabi vs the todoroki family dabi used ice. so dabi can use ice its just that he couldn't use it until that fight
