personally i think that keeping the red falcons as a smaller faction inside of the bigger black falcons is better, anyways what about those orcs/goblins that worked for the fright-nigths? are they still canon? because i liked they're consept and look. Also i have an idea, i sudgest using the basilisc from the chaimber of secrets from harry potter as a ride for the green orcs, i used it for a moria orc minifigure that i had at home and i think it's pretty cool
I still have them but i want to rework them a bit. They were a little misplaced before & needed something more to them. I just don't have the pieces to do it rn so i omitted them from the update.
@@Goldfyre Yea took your advice and started on crossbowmen through pick a brick! But i have bought a few knights online a few days ago just waiting for delivery.
2:31, that is a barbute helmet, more specifically a visorless barbute, 13:22 those helmets I'd say are most similar to an armet, bascinet, or great bascinet, though I'd just call it a visored helmet since it's Lego's only helmet with a visor. Also these armies look awesome and very unique.
If i may, (this might only apply due to my smaller armies) i have combined my multiple small dragon factions into one bigger one, so it's one dragon army and each "faction" is just a squad for a lego dragon.

It's a little funny you don't like Forestmen and Lion Knights because of they are more "classic Lego", but still amass Black Falcons which are from the same era 😂
It would be a bit of a departure but I’d love to see you play around with naming and backstorying some of your characters, particularly your key raven knights!
3:00 actually very true, i've luckily managed to find two on BL for a good price but they really need to bring it back. also amazing video as always :D especially loving the falcons as i do
The black helmet name you are looking for is Barbute 🤙🏻 Also, you could integrate factions to other factions without dissolving them through “client states” or making minor faction duchies or orders within the nation of the major factions they are “indexed” in.
I suggest that you Keep the red falcons, and say they're a small kingdom and because of that they have a small force tight now. Btw great minis u inspired me to start my own army 👌🏻
After growing up in the 80s with just the Black Falcons, Lion Knights and Forestmen around I can't agree on the lack of appeal of the latter two. Nostalgia kicks hard. But you are for sure killing it with the Raven Knights. No wonder that CMF Tournament Knight is so expensive, that color scheme looks so great!
Good stuff :) what I did to diversify my vampire army is to combine de legs from tasha the witch queen with the vampire knight torso. Those legs look like tassets and especially with an dual handed axe it looks really cool! Also the vampire knight legs can be used with the old basil the batlord torso (they are cheap). Keep the good content going!
2:32 I would probably class that helmet as a Barbute. 13:22 would be a Bascinet with a Hornskull visor. Overall, really love the armies, fantastic work!
I really love the world hiking and customs videos you do. Keep the red falcons! Maybe make them more of a petty kingdom who owe fealty to another or act as mercenaries?
Nice upgrades to your variations! In my opinion, I would keep the lore and faction separation you have with your red falcons. They are so unique and enviable! If anything, maybe you could combine your red dragons and fright knights…I think the red dragon torso flipped might work well with the red and black of the fright knights. Plus if you are already kind of “meh” about them, they would be a good one to remove from the line up, maybe?
Nice stuff. The dragon paladins look sweet af, as do the Ravens. I think your fright knight archer torsos would go better with the black and red plain dual moulded legs
Weighing in on the Red Falcons question, I say to keep them separate. Mainly because the lore is interesting and I'm not 100% sure they'd gel with the Fright Knights design wise.
I'm leaning in that direction myself. I do think the torso could work for them but it's too rare/expensive of a piece for it to be worth losing the red falcons
You could have called your "Order of the White Dragon" army the "Divine Light Dragon" or "Blessed Dragon" army as possible different name ideas, also for more variety on your fright nights you could always have them ear a mix of different helmets representing the spoils of vanquishing enemies and wearing their gear as a fearful intimation tactic.
In my opinion, I'd say the Red Falcons being a smaller faction fits better into the lore you've made for them. I'd also recommend looking at the dark blue versions of the dark brown hood you're using for the Black Falcons, but that's just my opinion whatever you think looks best!
The best shoulder pads for any pearl dark gray knight that you still want to show the prints for is the new ones that are always showing up in the dreamz sets.
A torso that I think works very well for adding diversity to armies is the black viking armour torso. Swapping the arms with different colours can serve great for making various, less uniformed troops!
I think that if you wanted to incorporate the red falcons into the fright nights you could maybe make them like the high guard or something, like an elite army that almost work like a medieval seal team 6
Keep the Red Falcons as their own faction, maybe they are rogue Black Falcons that left the realm after a failed attempt to get the throne, now they can roam the lands as a mercenary group that can be hired by the Fright Knights, this way you keep them in a bigger group but let them stand as their own, idk if that goes against the backstory you've made for them.
For your green dragon to make then look more froesty you could use the torso from the series 3 elf or the hat from green arrow from lego batman movie I love the witch queen pieces on your raven crossbow man leader i think you should get more of the witch queen pieces to use on the rest of your crossbow men also i feel like they would look go on your green dragon's
keep the red falcons, it's nice to see another bird army other then the ravens. also there's an old Lego castle faction that's a deer, not many people know or care about them.
Would like to see more of Red Dragons, used to dislike them cause they replaced the Green Dragons, but my love for A Song of Ice and Fire made me really want to make them bigger, and made a pretty good decent army out of them, and the Sword of Gryffindor looks soooo good with whatever leader you make for them, it also looks good with the Fright Knights
I have a pretty similar story with them honestly. I want to flesh them out at some point but i've got so many other factions i want to do stuff with first so we'll see.
There are pros and cons with variations in lego knigth armies. On the on hand it is more realistic and gives you more space for creativity, but on the other hand the order of your soliders is messed up. Just a question for the community. I am building a medieval port right now and ordered some of the grey viking torsos. I want to use them to make some soilders hanging around in the city. Should I give them orange capes and dark red hands to make them look like raven knigths or should they have blue capes to look like mercenaries who work for the black falcons (they control the port)? I really can't make a decission and wanted to ask what you guys think. Thank you and, as always, great video.❤️
Dark red hands are a must imo! the dark red color is a big part of the ravens and imo they should always be present in the fig. gloves & capes/feathers are a great way to get some of it in there. i personally like for the torso/legs to be bright light orange but thats just me.
I have an idea what about this: After Basil comes and invades the main continent a contigent of his men went to the red falcons keep and managed to either posess them or even make the align with them.

You might be wondering how the many Lion factions fit into this medieval fantasy world? Well, the Crusaders, Red Lions, Blue Lions/Crowned Lions are part of the Kingdom of Luminor. While the Royal Knights are part of the Kingdoms of Morcia and Ankoria.
The Raven Knights
Despite suffering a massive defeat at the hands of the Black Falcons, the Ravens have become the largest army in the world. Rumor has it that the Raven King will approach Sauron, to form a powerful alliance to take back the northern continent.
The Wolfpack
The Wolfpack Bandits are usually seen as a nuisance by the many kingdoms. But secretly they are rebels who are tired of their tyranny of the lords and ladies, some of them are even from the exiled Wolf Clan. They are now building a kingdom of their own, making connections to the Forest People.
I love that we have a reliable Medieval youtuber
There's a ton out there man I'd really recommend, you should check out 1b1brick, his current build series is really impressive
personally i think that keeping the red falcons as a smaller faction inside of the bigger black falcons is better, anyways what about those orcs/goblins that worked for the fright-nigths? are they still canon? because i liked they're consept and look.
@@Goldfyre ok, anyways, i'm trying to build a lego fantasy world and you're channel was one of my main inspirations
I say you keep the Red Falcons
Maybe make them allies or have some kinda relation
I'd say relation, like a sibling of the current ruler was allowed to start their own family, like a vassal house.
I’d keep them independent but combine the Red Dragons with the Fright Knights instead.
@@arbitrary2868thats kind of his Lore already
Your raven knight collection looks sick! Watching your vids got me back into lego and im growing my own raven army currently aswell.
OOoo nice man have you made any custom ravens?
@@Goldfyre Yea took your advice and started on crossbowmen through pick a brick! But i have bought a few knights online a few days ago just waiting for delivery.
@@Banshee_813 Ahh sick, i wish you luck in your raven army journey lol
2:31, that is a barbute helmet, more specifically a visorless barbute, 13:22 those helmets I'd say are most similar to an armet, bascinet, or great bascinet, though I'd just call it a visored helmet since it's Lego's only helmet with a visor. Also these armies look awesome and very unique.
So impressed with the collection and it just keeps growing! You inspire my lego castle building to greatness!
If i may, (this might only apply due to my smaller armies) i have combined my multiple small dragon factions into one bigger one, so it's one dragon army and each "faction" is just a squad for a lego dragon.
14:52 its okay Goldfyre, the cmf for next January wave leaks say its going to have wolfpack beastmaster, so we'll get em there
True! i can't wait to see what the new torso looks like
It better have a new wolfpack shield :)
@@BlueDragonBricks it seems like the beastmaster will, Stud-Lord here on youtube, posted a leaked image on his community tab of the series 27 cmf figs, so HYPE
@@Goldfyre I’ve seen the leaked image there is a new torso and shield. The beast master also comes with a new wolf mold
@@GoldfyreYou could use vampires from other series to expand your Fright Knights.
I really love the red falcon’s lore you’ve made and think you should keep them around!
I get my capes from capes4minifigs and printed stuff from cultbricks mostly and ktownbricks
Cool! I hope I could make minifigs like that
i love this kind of army video!
Great vid! So close to 30k!
I think u can use a vermilian shoulderpad on the ravens (vermilians are red snakes from the theme ninjago)
This is one amazing video man!! Great work I’m currently sitting at 44 Dragon Paladins that I’m currently wrapping up an army video on!!
Great Video! The armies are looking amazing!
Great video as always. About time floored my wife and I when we first watched it. Nice to see it getting love from across the pond
It's a little funny you don't like Forestmen and Lion Knights because of they are more "classic Lego", but still amass Black Falcons which are from the same era 😂
true but imo the modern black falcons "fit in" more than the other two
Damn these look amazing I gotta diversify some of my armies a bit more! Also glad to see you getting sponsorships!
Thanks man :)
I just ordered 13 wolfpack torsos hope i got some extra
It would be a bit of a departure but I’d love to see you play around with naming and backstorying some of your characters, particularly your key raven knights!
Idk, I like it when soldiers look very similar. When they look to different it's too busy. Still love your armies, keep up the good work!
I love your take on the green dragons. Very unique!
Thank you so much! :)
I’ve been waiting for this!
3:00 actually very true, i've luckily managed to find two on BL for a good price but they really need to bring it back. also amazing video as always :D especially loving the falcons as i do
praying the ravens somehow get a new fig at some point
@@Goldfyre talked about the sword guard but that too lol
@@zanderfus2723 oh damn i misread the timecode lol. guess i got raven brainrot
Nice to see you watching the Boy andthe Heron
the helmet in 2:33 its a barbute!
I love the red falcon please keep them
I recommend using some of the series 19 fright knight parts for the fright knights, I think they would fit really well!
I was not expecting paprika 😂 I love that movie!
Also for the black falcons I think the blue forestmen hat could look great on some of the archers or the crossbowmen
If you are makeing nights with blue parts try the nexo nights royal gaurds some of them have blue helmets. Also love the video.
this is so helpful cause im trying to get some ideas thanks
Man I love that you have studio Ghibli playing in the background.
Omg you got a sponsor!! Great job man.
massive improvements
This is where the fun begins
Red Dragon Knights are my favorite, truly slept on faction. Glad to see them make a small appearance.
The black helmet name you are looking for is Barbute 🤙🏻
Also, you could integrate factions to other factions without dissolving them through “client states” or making minor faction duchies or orders within the nation of the major factions they are “indexed” in.
Really good point actually that i hadn't really considered
I suggest that you Keep the red falcons, and say they're a small kingdom and because of that they have a small force tight now.
Btw great minis u inspired me to start my own army 👌🏻
Great video i think you should also do an update lore video for all the new groups
The little tree piece on the flag post is dope
lego room tour sounds great
I think you should keep the falcons and fright nights seperate. Love this vids!
What happened to the black raven horse barding?
I Think u should keep the red falcons i love them
Good stuff :) what I did to diversify my vampire army is to combine de legs from tasha the witch queen with the vampire knight torso.
Thanks man :)
Limations and creativity is the key to this hobbie. Excited to see where these all go.
I couldn't agree more!
@@Goldfyre that said... Lego give us battle packs for these armies already haha
I really love the world hiking and customs videos you do. Keep the red falcons! Maybe make them more of a petty kingdom who owe fealty to another or act as mercenaries?
Great video
thanks :)
Nice upgrades to your variations! In my opinion, I would keep the lore and faction separation you have with your red falcons. They are so unique and enviable! If anything, maybe you could combine your red dragons and fright knights…I think the red dragon torso flipped might work well with the red and black of the fright knights. Plus if you are already kind of “meh” about them, they would be a good one to remove from the line up, maybe?
u can use the nee d&d minifig for the green dragons. the one woth green hood and howns bcouse horns will work great for the nature thing u r doing
I like how you added the squire with the red falcons
I love ur videos
Thanks man! :) i hope you enjoy this one
I love your red falcons!
Nice stuff. The dragon paladins look sweet af, as do the Ravens. I think your fright knight archer torsos would go better with the black and red plain dual moulded legs
dude about time is one of my favorite movies as well. watched it with my dad all the time as a kid
Amazing jobs best youtubeur leggo
Thank you so much! :)
This vid was great, are you going to change your profile pick now you have made your queen
I'm most likely gonna keep this pic as is
I would say keep the red falcon’s lore it’s really good
Weighing in on the Red Falcons question, I say to keep them separate. Mainly because the lore is interesting and I'm not 100% sure they'd gel with the Fright Knights design wise.
I'm leaning in that direction myself. I do think the torso could work for them but it's too rare/expensive of a piece for it to be worth losing the red falcons
The new Wolfpack fig from our upcoming CMF series has a new torso/leg print as well as a new wolf mold. Will definitely add to the Wolfpack army
Great stuff!
Thank you!
Love that fright knight idea a ton actually!
In my opinion, I'd say the Red Falcons being a smaller faction fits better into the lore you've made for them.
I'd also recommend looking at the dark blue versions of the dark brown hood you're using for the Black Falcons, but that's just my opinion whatever you think looks best!
Keep the falcons as they are! A smaller force is okay, and the lore is super cool.
That ad break was so random and unexpected I actually laughed my ass off
Thanks lol i had a lot of fun making that little scene
I can't wait for a first ever story to play out with the new upgraded minifigures! 😁
Ngl im hoping we can get another lore/ worldbuilding video. The minifigs were amazing as well
Holy does that mean we getting a new profle picture? Awesome figs, as always.
The best shoulder pads for any pearl dark gray knight that you still want to show the prints for is the new ones that are always showing up in the dreamz sets.
Lets show som respect for this man, making 2 videos in less than 7 days.
A torso that I think works very well for adding diversity to armies is the black viking armour torso. Swapping the arms with different colours can serve great for making various, less uniformed troops!
Yup! it's such a versatile torso and i actually have another 10 coming from PAB in a couple days :)
Benn waiting for this one!!!
So excited 😊
Love ur video,s man
Thank you so much! I love making them
@@Goldfyre Cool! I am thinking to start a channel with this kind of content for a while now do you have any tips?
I think that if you wanted to incorporate the red falcons into the fright nights you could maybe make them like the high guard or something, like an elite army that almost work like a medieval seal team 6
7:00 would like if you add more lore. Keep it red falcon. In my story they are a special elite group, but like the way your lore was going with them.
A sponsor? very professional.
There's a really good chain mail leg print to match the red falcons better, should be piece 970c86pb02 on bricklink. I would change the hips though
Really good call, i've seen some other people using this piece for them too
I’ve been calling them “Platinum Dragons” since that’s what it represents in D&D. (Bahamut)
Ahh i see why alot of people are calling them that now
@@Goldfyre yup, I started out calling them White Dragons and somebody on Reddit pointed out the origin from a D&D perspective and I really like it.
goldfyre and byeezon collab when?
Keep the Red Falcons as their own faction, maybe they are rogue Black Falcons that left the realm after a failed attempt to get the throne, now they can roam the lands as a mercenary group that can be hired by the Fright Knights, this way you keep them in a bigger group but let them stand as their own, idk if that goes against the backstory you've made for them.
For your green dragon to make then look more froesty you could use the torso from the series 3 elf or the hat from green arrow from lego batman movie
I love the witch queen pieces on your raven crossbow man leader i think you should get more of the witch queen pieces to use on the rest of your crossbow men also i feel like they would look go on your green dragon's
The dragon the shield represent is actually a THE Platinum Dragon
It's called bahumat or something right?
@@Goldfyre yeah
keep the red falcons, it's nice to see another bird army other then the ravens. also there's an old Lego castle faction that's a deer, not many people know or care about them.
I want to flesh them out at some point but i've got so many other factions i want to do stuff with first so we'll see.
really love your vids
멋진 피규어 잘보고 구독 좋아요 누르고 갑니다 ❤
You've got swordsmen and bowmen squads... what about MAGE squads? :D
@@Goldfyre You have spoken. Thank you so much.
istg you're too good
Keep the lore , keep the lore , keep the lore
I have an idea what about this:
After Basil comes and invades the main continent a contigent of his men went to the red falcons keep and managed to either posess them or even make the align with them.
I actually love the idea of some fright knights defecting to the red falcons after being frightened by Basil
@@Goldfyre in my lego castle lore Basil is an avengers level threat
