the addon is called "Cheese" it gives cataclysm proc overlays, works for all classes and dont need to set anything up, its great!
i dont use that addon i use "Cheese" for that but the addon you said probably works too @@l0lb0atzz
spellactivation overlay has the highlighted spells on actionbars builtin aswell
