I have thousands of battles in the smasher and have a 73% wr in it. I quite often just snap off shots at Range and manage to hit compared to the Anni where your unlikely to hit all 3 if any. The splash dmg of the smasher is also great which allows you to deal damage to tanks hull down that would otherwise be unpenable.

I have both, but love the smasher. I am nearly always downtiered. The smasher can get off its shots easier as it can just splash damage. The smasher should not be played as a front line HT. it is a medium or lightly armoured tank hunter. I play it like a TD usually hunting meds. Where my team has no meds or are pushing the HT line I stay second line peek-a-boom. After 3400 battles in the smasher I have 63%wr.

The anni is a fun tank, but the missing shot (especially when downtiered) and the difficulty of penning tier 8’s effectively makes my smasher much more enjoyable.

Well smasher and annihilator both are OP tanks but smasher is better since u can just shoot 1 shot with HE and coz more than 1000 dmg but for annihilator it's good for close combat and for far it's bad since it's shot dispersion it's bad for far distance

I only own the Smasher and will say, the Anni is better! At least in my experience facing them on the battlefield and watching teammates. The armour and agility is one thing; in a close combat situation, the Anni is so effective. The Smasher works better at mid distance. About the guns, while all the Anni shells may not penetrate, at least one or two will. If the Smasher doesn't penetrate, you're done. Wait for the next reload.
PS: I got my Smasher in the draw about 6 months ago. That's the best way to get it, as the draw is a guaranteed reward if you go all the way. The total cost was 19500 gold if I went to the 15th and final spin. I actually got it on the 12th spin for 7500, so was very happy. As general advice, you should never play the draw unless you only do 2 or 3 spins (cheap investment and you might get very lucky) or plan to go all the way. The cost details are in the info icon top left of the draw screen. Always check that first before playing.
