A tres leches cake (translation: three milks cake) (Spanish: pastel de tres leches, torta de tres leches or bizcocho de tres leches) is a sponge cake-in some recipes, a butter cake-soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
Recipe for chocolate cake :
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tspn baking powder
2 tblspn coco powder
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tspn vanilla essence
2 tblspn oil
2 tblspn milk
For Tres leches (LIQUID TO POUR)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup milk
200 ml fresh cream (3/4 cup)
Nutella 2 tblspn
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Coco powder 2 tblspn
Chocolate ganache for decoration!!♥️
