An attempt at some constructive criticism: 1 Those look yellow, are you sure they are lime wedges? 2. Please don't muddle the lime into a mush. Light presses with the muddler will do plenty. Otherwise you express bitter compounds from the lime pith, and you also completely shred everything so that you get lime peel and bits of mint through your straw and in your mouth. 3. Don't skimp on the ice. If the ice floats, it's not enough. The drink will actually be more dilluted if you use too little, because the ice melts much faster. Bartenders that pack your drink with ice are not cheating you for alcohol - they are doing you a favour. 4. Don't skimp on the mint either. You need at least 6-8 rather big leaves in the drink. It's also nice with a big lush bouquet of mint on the top. That tiny twig looked a bit sad and lonely. Remember presentation is half the experience. I find the store bought pots of mint (which seems like the one you have here, if I'm not mistaken) will not do at all. Find a place selling fresh produce, they often sell stacks of freshly cut mint like they use in bars. That's often even cheaper than the sad super market pots. 5. Make sure the wash line goes all the way up so the glass is completely full. Pack the glass with crushed ice before adding soda water. That way the mint garnish will also stay in place. I recommend also a small ice cone with crushed ice on top to finish off. You can crush your ice easily by putting it in a kitchen cloth and smacking it against your table or counter top. I enjoyed your video, so this was not ment for offence! Hope you make more and happy mixing!

Instead of rum, you can use non-alcoholic alternatives like soda or sparkling water for a mocktail version of Mojito.
