“An amazing example of the Coaster 49 which is a the perfect liveaboard as well as being capable of taking to sea”
Purchased by her current owners in 2011, ‘Fochintulla’ has been lovingly cared for externally, and internally she has been brought right up to date with a very attractive galley and homely main living area.
Available now for £149,995 inc VAT!!
Domestic fittings throughout and upgraded 12v and 24v systems make this a perfect live-aboard to take to the city of your choosing and live for a fraction of the price of a conventional house. Alternatively, with the fantastic sea-keeping that the Coaster 49 offers, ‘Fochintulla’ would also be at home exploring the coastline and canals of Europe.
Currently on the hard standing at Fairlie Quay, ‘Fochintulla’s undersides have been stripped of all the anti-foul and painted in primer, ready for anti-fouling to be applied before next season.

Great value boat 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
No sign of a separate generator?? When at anchor and engine switched off, how does one power the vessel??
Where they get the fine captain chairs, bass pro?
Would not of thought those port holes in the main galley are not sea worthy considering it's a category B Boat, have the same ones on my wide beam barge rated for canals and rivers. Fitted out a Brason Barge one of the Thomas ones to category C and fitted Proper port holes from Trinity Marine and the glass was twice as thick. Nice boat though was looking at that kit as well.
No they're definitely not rated for coastal boats. They'd need to withstand more than you'd need on a canal.
Hello there, great video, have you found out the fuel capacity yet,and is she still available? Looks very tidy , Thank you Tony
Looks great
would it also be suitable for canal use?
