- This video I decided to stray away from Q&A, and try an MRE. I've never opened one or tasted one before. Today, thanks to www.MREMountain.com, I got an opportunity to try a real deal Belarus 24hr 2nd Generation MRE.

I want to review a bunch of MRE's, but as I don't have a job because of my health, I am very limited on what I can buy. I will be doing a video about my German 24hr MRE next week. I bought it from MREMountain.
I really want to review the updated Ukrainian 24hr MRE, as well as the Hungarian, Polish, Estonian, Spanish, Dutch, Australian, New Zealand, Czech, Italian MRE's. I decided I'm only going to do the 24hr MRE's, not any single meal or 12hr meals. Maybe every few months I can save some money and try to buy one to review, we'll see. Whatever happens, thanks so much for watching.

Ladies & Gentlemen. Bad news. My family members thought my German MRE box was filled with snacks to watch football with. They opened everything without my permission. So I won't be doing any reviews anytime, as I have no MRE's left.

Igor: I watch all of your videos. You seem like such a wonderful man. I live in a military family, so this MRE review is hysterical. Hard to light that flame, huh? I guess that would be inconvenient if you were in a compromised situation.
So sorry to hear that you were in the hospital. It's so unfair that you have to endure so much suffering. We have the Penn Pituitary Tumor Center - Penn Medicine- here in PA at Hershey Med, which is an outstanding hospital. I know you receive treatment at the Mayo Clinic, which is great. If you ever need to come to PA, let me know as we live in the surrounding area and could help you if you would need anything.
Love to your mom. I saw her interviewed on one of the documentaries that aired, and she seems like such an amazing woman. You are lucky to have such a wonderful mom.

Hi Jay. Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm so embarassed about my video, I have no clue how it turned out to be nearly 40 minutes. Unfortunately I am unable to fly, and there's really no way to come to PA anytime soon via car, as my mothers vacation just ended. She helps with dressing changes and such on my feet.

That was fun and informative. No need to apologize for quality or length of your videos. You're doing the best you can do on the equipment you have. It was so nice to see you having a good time with this. You really persisted and worked around the uncooperative cookstove...nice work! Although some of the stuff was not satisfactory, I'm glad you were able to enjoy some of it!

Bad news. My "friend" thought my German 24hr MRE was a snack box, and tore into it, opening all the package, ruining everything. So I have no #MRE to review. But at least I saw the German MRE sucked. Not a single good entree, and just one snack that was tasty, rating 1/10

😁😁 I don't know why I think MREs are just the coolest things ever. The traveling has something to do with the fact that my very very young age in ukraine, I knew that I could never be in the military. And I just became super fascinated with all aspects. I have red probably close to 1,000 books just on world war II on the Eastern front. I have so many reference books on my shelves, for tanks, submarines, fighter jets, bombers, artillery, small arms. I guess I'm just living out my childhood dream of being in the army driving a tank, just romanticizing the idea of being in the military.

@@SmittyMRE I've tried and tried to get a new Ukrainian ration, the kind with the retort pouches, but it's just too expensive to buy from anyone in the United States. If the actual price is decent, then the shipping and handling kills. And I've tried to find some place where I could order from in Ukraine, but I just have no luck. Because that's the one MRE that I really wanted to show, I know that the Ukrainian MREs are very simple, Don't offer anything in terms of snacks or drinks, but I still want to try one. There's like 50 MREs that I still want to try

Very well done video Igor! I hope to see many more MRE reviews like this. I enjoyed it very much. During Hurricane Ivan back in 2004 when I lived in Pensacola Florida we had to live on USA MRE's for weeks due to the city being without power for so long and all the food going back. Stores were all closed. It was rough but the MREs saved our butts and were fairly delicious! I highly recommend the USA MREs to try next! Love from PA
i have no editing soft ware, you did fine, also the duration over 30 minutes is good too. realistic of how long one might spend cooking and eating one of these.
