Have bought quite a few furniture pieces from Ajai Timbers. Loved the way they assisted throughout. Their after sales service has been phenomenal. We had a minor issue with one of the dinning table chairs and they offered instant replacement.
Was looking for furniture for our newly bought flat and we were recommended to check Ajai Timbers once. I thanked my friend later for the recommendation because I was sweetly surprised by the vast variety and design, they offer to choose from. Mr. Ajay was kind enough to share his time in understanding our furnishing requirements and suggesting the ideal fits for our home. The top highlight of our visit was the unique design they had to offer. Believe me, by now I have seen a lot of furniture shops and showroom and more or less they had pretty similar offerings and run of the mill designs and patterns but that's not the case at Ajai Timbers. The whole purchase process was really smooth, and we were assured of reliable and trustworthy after sales support as well. Thanks for the experience, looking forward to addressing our next requirements from the same place!

Nice but I was cheated by Ajai Timbers because as a Claptrap viewers In October 2021 I bought a front and back cushion head board from him and after 6 months joints of ply were opened and fabric colour is getting faded.....(｡ŏ﹏ŏ)
Never believe everything whatever Sanjeev ji says. He is getting paid for these kind of adshoot and ofcourse from RUclips as well. Usually these so called entrepreneurs talks about quality and charges a hefty price. Many times these are just mere talks. Just superficial claims.

We had one of the product from here and quality was disappointing... They use all type of woods, mixed together and create the carving/design....ply is also a bad quality...overall we had a bad experience.
Be careful while ordering.. they don't keep up to the promise..had a very bad experience with the dinning table.. received 2 damaged chairs and horrible finished dinning table.. can share the pics if required
Poor quality…I was a regular viewer of claptrap and on basis of these videos I bought 3 beds from this shop last year and get shipped to Jaipur. 1 carving bed, 1 simple bed (both have headboard and footboard teak wood) and 1 bed having upholstery and metal strips. The quality of upholstery bed is very poor, all metal strips were pasted with glue and cushions screwed on a thin plyboard, within 2 months all cushions and strips came out. The polish of other two beds also have chipping and visible cracks on joints. After several arguments with this guy (Ajay) he fixed the issue through a local carpenter but that is not successful. I regret my decision of buying furniture form him and don’t suggest buying furniture from this shop. When I visited the shop initially I thought to get more furniture but the quality of beds is really not satisfactory, so dropped the idea. I do not suggest to get furniture from this market and get shipping to another city, better go for local furniture manufacturers.
Ajay timber is too costly I visited their shop and also some other shops near Ajay timber they are costly. And AJAY timber are non barginable they provide 20to30000 costly than others at the same area with the same wood and all the things.
Few months back I had purchased furniture for my master bedroom.. the experience has been really great including after sale service support
He is never ready to talk on phone. He must be polite with the customer and respond to their queries without getting irritated.
