In this video I explain how you get a very deep stamp in sterling silver.
I have been smithing since 1977 and did this technique for many years when
I was making whais called “Old Style” metal work.

I just went and tried your technique of getting a clear deep stamp impression and I was very impressed with the way they turned out. Your video really improved my stamping, thanks again.

Been using high grade turquoise since 1976 in my jewelry always keeping the best pieces from any batch. You can see some of my work from 1977 to present at this link. www.lopacki.com/artwork/index.html

I have stamped many things as thin as 26 gage, you just have to keep the thickness in mind when stamping so you do not stamp through the sheet.

21.30 mins to show 3 stamps - you need to speed things up a bit. Nice demo though but poor lighting and fuzzy visuals made it hard to see.
