This is going to be one of the greatest variants that we will ever see! Annette Benning's version is one of the interesting ones we've seen. Creative nonetheless.
It would just be the Pixar lamp, the DreamWorks fisherman, and the Columbia lady. Those are the only ones I can think of with an anthropomorphic mascot. Maybe bad robot and troublemaker I guess.
I think all of her new intros should have her move...Like maybe one point, she actually rests the torch between her armpit and takes out a phone and takes a selfie with it😂😂
First visual gag in Zombieland: Double Tap, and they knocked it out of the park. I love just how much passion and care they put into this brilliant sequel.
Definitely, the Spider-Verse collage variant, the OG Columbia variant for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, and this one; like people can talk crap about their movies, but they sure love making fun of themselves when they can
Sony: Columbia, you will be getting the logo variants from now on! Our upcoming Sony Pictures Animation film The Mitchells VS The Machines will have a amazing variant. 🎉I *love this!*. After standing and being on her 0:44 feet for God knows how many decades holding a damned torch, Columbia's body became strong. Love those Milla Jonovich ass-kicking moves! You go girl😅🥰
The interesting part is that Ms. Columbia whacked the zombies hard enough with her torch to draw blood and ostensibly kill them (there’s blood spatter on the lower part of the “C” and the “O”), but she didn’t get any bloodstains on her gown or her stole, even after juggling the torch. Apparently, Ms. Columbia can be an awesome badass, which sets the tone for Zombieland: Double Tap quite well.
It was cool how the Columbia Pictures torch lady killed those zombies who try to kill her as she was just trying to present the movie to the viewers. I give props to her. 😀👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
God I loved the Columbia pictures intro as a kid and still do. It was the excitement for the movie to begin with your popcorn and the whole family in the living room about to watch a really good movie. I miss those times..
The fact that I saw this on twitter earlier today and just now getting recommended this is as strange as being recommended a product you looked up a few minutes ago on the internet.

Everyone's gangsta until the Columbia lady comes to life
Epic bruh momento

Animationloverslacker I literally just thought of that until I saw your comment
All that time 'she was just waiting for somebody to roll up on her . 😅
I hope whoever came up with this idea got a raise 😅

Nobody f**ks with the COLUMBIA Torch Woman. And that was such a badass way to introduce her to that movie, in the first place! ❤️
She acted like she has spidey sense imao.
Columbia Lady kills Zombies 0:33

Guys, I think that deserves Zombie Kill of the Week
I agree! Also, how about zombie kill of the year!?

Well, remember, it had been 10 years since the events of the first movie. Of course, people have grown accustomed to how to deal with the zombies.

0:36 lmao I like the way she flipped her torch after she's done hitting them. 😂😂😂
That's what legends would do after they beat their enemies xD
Back to business.
0:31 the torch lady just went from 2D to live action real quick!!!1
She deserves to use some swag after holding that thing up for 50+ years lol
Smacks two Zombies

A round of applause for the torch lady. She showed those zombies who's boss.
Uh-huh! Brass torch doubling as a bludgeon. Took them out no problemo!
Columbia is such a boss.

Honestly more movies need to stuff like this with their opening credits.
Disney occasionally had some interesting variations of their opening logo. Being a bit of a tech kid my favourite was the Tron Legacy one.
i love the one for "Coming To America" Paramount may have started it?
This is going to be one of the greatest variants that we will ever see! Annette Benning's version is one of the interesting ones we've seen. Creative nonetheless.
First time fighting the Torch Lady in jail.....this finna be a breeze......
OMG! She does look like Annette Bening.
Jenny Joseph was actually the reference model for the current Columbia logo.
That’s Jen Joseph

Imagine if they did a movie about studio mascots.
Well don’t you think that’s too much
Fernando Queiroz Popovic not a bad idea for a crossover lel

The tristar pegasus and the metro golden Mayer lion too.

If you're a fan of disco music, the intro for the movie "Thank God It's Friday"- she's got some moves.
In my 18 years, I only saw it recently because I was looking for studio introduction and its variants.
Me neither

She’s alive! Well to be fair, she did scream in the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs movies. Ew! There’s blood on the logo.
At the C and a little bit at the O
still love it
she’s becomes a cowgirl in Cat Ballou
