I have a.simple recipe for breakfast for fat loss. It is very simple. Take the amount of oats you want to consume. Add water till the oats gets submerged. Then add some salt and turmeric powder for some taster. Add some chopped onions tomatoes and green chillies. Boil till it becomes thick. You can even carry it to your office and school. Simple carbs, easily fills you up, it is delicious and no preservatives. Simple home made - oats khichdi
