    Please also make video on different types of eggs recipes , because lots of students can't buy almonds because it's expensive and lots of stuffs like banana or other fruits are not available all the time .. so easiest source of nutrition a student or anyone gets nearby are eggs ..

    I have a.simple recipe for breakfast for fat loss. It is very simple.
    Take the amount of oats you want to consume. Add water till the oats gets submerged. Then add some salt and turmeric powder for some taster. Add some chopped onions tomatoes and green chillies. Boil till it becomes thick. You can even carry it to your office and school. Simple carbs, easily fills you up, it is delicious and no preservatives. Simple home made - oats khichdi

      You can eat 20 night socked almonds in early morning n after 30 min you can eat 250gm of curd with 100gm of boiled potato

    Hi Abhinav I am in the bulking phase. I need to take around 4000 cals with 150 gms protein, 265gms of Carbs and 80gms of Fats. Can you make a video or a calculation or menu by which I can meet all the requirements of the day. I eat 6meals a day. I am a non vegan. I don't find better recipes to cook at home all day. I have all day at home
