I just discovered that the movie 魯冰花 Lu Bing Hua was called Dull-ice flower as its English Title ... I was wondering why I saw this title on a few You Tube titles or comments. This is why the IMDb web site is using Pinyin titles for all its Chinese movies because otherwise as movies are issued and re-issued in different countries you get a multitude of movie titles for the same movie. It is called "Lu Bing Hua" with no tone marks in the IMDb web site.

卓依婷 - 魯冰花 = Zhuō yī tíng - lǔ bīng huā = Timi Zhuo - Lupine Flower ( But song and the lupine are both commonly called "Taiwan the lupine " ). Lu Bing is Chinese for Lupine ( a place in Mexico where these flowers originate ). I made the mistake also of doing a word translation to "Moon Ice Flower" but the Lu character was not really the moon so I was stumped until I Googled "Taiwan the lupine" and found out the real story.
