You should try making super dwellers yes it takes a lot of time but if you just open the game over and over again in different times you will get a lot of dwellers that are Max stats
So far I think you can only get 1 RobCo Factory Uniform 2 RobCo Lab Outfits 1 Alien Space Suit Cuz you can only get it from that one quest like and idk if you can repeat quest lines
Could you make a video ranking the best outfits and weapons for quests also should I be using a rusty fat man of 22 dmg or guided missile launcher of 20-24
I think perception makes the dwellers find better stuff, they also find better stuff the longer they are in the wasteland. Check the fallout shelter wiki for more info on the effects of special-stats

@@amfv124 I do have more than 90+ dwellers with 17 endurance. But the legendary one's hit different for some reason 😅
