Port Orange Korean War veteran gets day named in his honor in Volusia County

The Volusia County Council honored Port Orange resident Joseph Sicinski, 92, by naming May 21, 2024, in his honor. He was inducted into the Florida Veterans Hall of Fame for his service in the military and the community, including his efforts to help local veterans.
