This is a super cute snowman. The French knot for the eyes, mouth and buttons is great. I also love the jumper you are wearing, you don't happen to have a pattern for it do you?
Love the Snowman. Do you have patterns and /or tutorials for the "little people" in your opening. I love these. I have the canvas made for the 2019 calendar blanket. Can hardly wait to see what is next. Thank you and Mr. Institches for sharing all of your talents with us. God Bless you and keep you warm.

So cute! U know i was going to ask/recommend maybe do a set of sweet treats in applicates! Ice cream, cupcake, candys, etc Like 2 of each to have a variety. Even to make them into granny squares n make a baby blanket. 😁 Dont know, i thought it would be so u 😉 Since u r so sweet hehehe Lovely Day 🌻
How cute jayda , we are having a mini heatwave here in uk at the moment , people having ice cream on the beach unheard of here in February it's usually our snowy month ? So no snowmen for us lol 😊Amanda xx
Jayda InStitches it’s certainly has been! We’ve had gorgeous weather with highs of 22°c in London this week, but all good thing must come to an end unfortunately
What a cute snowman. On the 2019 Blanket I quit counting stitches thought I was OK, but I missed some stitches anything I can do? Thank you Jayda. Love you and Mr. Institches. Lori Schreiner
HI Lori, if you're short a couple of stitches, you can just cheat them back in :) If you're several rows out from where you accidentally missed the stitches, you might want to frog back to the skip and fix it from there, otherwise, depending on how many stitches you missed, you might find the edges of your blanket wanting to 'cave in' in that area. :)
Hi Gretchen! We did a video a while back on those yarn needles and different places you might find them :) You can find that here: ruclips.net/video/0EWXaWWffxc/видео.html
I don't remember what brand she said but I remember she said its a wool needle ..there's a link on her page as well as if I remember correctly some people said they found it on amazon
@@tonyamercado9013 I randomly grabbed the Chevron blanket video following this one and she started off with a needle mention. I haven't had any luck finding most of the HA (something) bamboo hooks, but I'll keep an eye on Amazon :)
Hi Erin, we did a video on that a while ago, with all the places you might find a set of wool needles :) You'll find that here: ruclips.net/video/0EWXaWWffxc/видео.html
Hi Kathy, it depends on the pattern :) Typically the stitch chosen by the pattern author is chosen on purpose, so if you can speak to the author directly, they might be able to answer that :)
I have noticed that some crocheters just go under 1 half of the v instead of the whole v. Can you tell me why and should I use one method over the other.

Hi Trisha, thank you! I adore that sweater :) But it's not homemade! I picked it up years ago...it's holding up really well!
I made the heart and star Pi,lows but made them smaller.

If a scarf calls for single crochet can I use half double crochet
Hi Kathy, it depends on the pattern :) Typically the stitch chosen by the pattern author is chosen on purpose, so if you can speak to the author directly, they might be able to answer that :)

Texture purposes usually...going just into front or back loop. I prefer to work into both unless the pattern specifies front/back loop only
Thank you
