Perissa is doing a good job becoming a station agent during night shifts! : ) Good job.
I was a station agent in the 90s in NYC, this brings back memories... all agents aren’t nasty.

It's nice to see BART try to change public perception since the last set of strikes. But you can't fool those of us who ride. That is NOT the typical station agent. Getting help without some kind of surly attitude is nothing sort of a miracle. Customers are treated as an annoyance, not valued riders.

when I worked with perrissa from 2013- 2017 she is just like she is in the video. Perrissa is the real deal. Unlike some of the other worthless and useless station agent.. Just like in all walks of life you have good & bad people. Perrissa is one of the Good people

BART should buy new cars every 5-10 years instead of every 45, (not enough to replace the entire fleet at each increment).

They need to do something about those people hanging around those ticket machines. I always buy a round trip ticket to avoid these people.
Why is there someone sleeping on the ground when the gate closes at the end? They just said they push the homeless out before closing.

P.S. I rode BART on and off and on basis from 2003 to 2013 and usually had good service from most BART personnel.There were the occasional "surly" agents but it was usually from someone coming off of a long shift. Muni was about the same with a few more "surly" individuals but all in all I love SFPT and miss it as I haven't been to San Francisco since 2014. Sigh!

Do you see what's wrong with this video most employees I am not saying all employees but there are a few employees that are mean rude arrogant stuck up condescending few employees are nice I remember one time I fell down not one Bart employee came to my Aid this off duty nurse came to my Aid I am just stating the truth propaganda at its best
