Part 1 amazon cheap 25 kg servo durability and power test. Let’s go till it breaks!!

This is a combination of shorts that I posted, put them all together for the full video of testing this budget servo. Test starts with 5.5lbs and goes up from there. Thanks for watching. I just bought a 4-pack of these exact servos for a robotics project and I was just hoping it can hold 5 lbs. but this is nuts!
Did you modify the gears so they are continuous? These ones were 270 degrees per the specs.

Nothing on the gears has to be changed. It’s the potentiometer that has to be adjusted. When I can talk to my son-in-law I will find out more about what he did. We were amazed at how much it could lift. The gears held up great. The motor got hot trying to lift that last one and that’s why it quit. I have some of these and the 20kg models in some of my rc cars that have lasted more then three years. Thanks for watching and commenting. After I talked to him I will give what info I can.

Sorry sent by accident. He glued the potentiometer in the neutral position. Some servos this method didn’t work so Good but it worked great on this brand. Good luck.
