Добавлен 23 окт 2016
I enjoy rc crawling, racing and bashing with my grandkids. Got my first ever rc car in April 2020. I needed something to work on. Lol don’t have that need anymore with 10 cars.
First time testing the new oval track.
Racing with the grandkids and testing how strong the fence is lol

Thank you!
Thank u so much.
Thanks for figuring this out!! I almost bought a new one as well as soon as I took it off the servo it all fell apart
After hours with the damn spring I was literally going to buy a new servo saver couldn’t believe how simple it was you’re a legend!
Same bro
Danke 🙏🏻 hast mir geholfen 😀😉
omg thank you sir
Thank you ton!!! Was replacing my servo on aarma granite blx. Bought the 25t servo saver. Went to put it on and it exploded apart. Would not have gotten it back together without you. Awesome vid.

I just went and disassembled a black one off my v3 big rock. The only difference between the red one and black one is the red is 25 tooth spline and black one is 23 tooth. They look the same. There are little stoppers that stick up half across the spring on each of the two main parts. If those stops are no longer there on the deep pocket half you won’t be able to fix it. But if they are still there on the two half’s set it against that stopper on one side of the deep pocket side then use the other side to move the spring over far enough to press that half down into the pocket side. Use a small screwdriver in the slot to rotate the the plastic top to compress the spring together so the two haves can press together. Good luck and happy new year and have fun rc’ing
Help? I have been seeing videos on the red servo saver, but nothing on the black one for the granite v3 4x4. My problem is that the spring will not compress and hold like your video shows here. I'm almost ready to cut the spring some, but know that is not correct+ it would probably drive a sharp end right into my thumb. I know now to wear safety glasses and expected loss of the spring is anticipated so I will be ready, but mine doesn't seem to have an inner groove that this red one does.😔 It's a problem I never thought I'd run into. Okay
works 😊

Can you remember those post you also used in there those metal ones will have a much better command for ber the wheels for sure 🆒🆒
Prepared 💯✊🏿😁💥😁😎😎
Fire!!!
It did it 😂
Legit what servo is it?
Annimos 25kg servo. We converted to use as a winch. If you look at my channel there are 2- 11 min videos going through all the lifts to get to this one that finally burned up the motor. Thanks for watching. They are a little over $18 now on Amazon.
You life-saving sunuvagun
You didn't mention after the fact. When you put the motor in and blew it out. And everything that you didn't oil the bushings. I sure hope you did. Keeping the bushings clean and lubricated help that motor immensely. You wanna try and keep as much dirt and stuff out of those bushings that you can. (The loose dusty dirt you're talking about.) it will eat the bushings right up in that motor if you don't keep it clean. Especially the pinion side. I would make sure tou put the gear protector on. It will keep some of the dirt out of it but not all of it.
Thanks yes failed to mention that. Yes I oil and clean them after every dirty run. They still don’t live very long. Even the ones with bearings on the pinion end die pretty quick. I did put some o-rings that fit the shaft tight and are big enough to cover whole bearing then just put the pinion on until the o-ring just barely touches the bearing and it helps keep dirt out a little better. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun rc’ing
Thank you man you helped me out immensely I lost a spring to a few times almost wanted to just reorder the whole part and you made it easy
So glad it helped you. Thanks for the comment. Have fun rc’ing.
Awesome thankyou. I struggled to use the tool though. I put 2 hat pins through the holes, bought the top piece down on the pins, fed the spring in
Good idea. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun rc’ing.
Life saver

Thanks so much that spring had me fussing at the wife, dog and the Cat,after watching this video I did it less than a minute. I have a traxxas rustler but it works basically the same way...THANKS 😊
Lol so glad it helped you. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun rc’ing
You are amazing thank you so much!!!!
Glad it helped you out. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun RC’ing.
I just bought a 4-pack of these exact servos for a robotics project and I was just hoping it can hold 5 lbs. but this is nuts! Did you modify the gears so they are continuous? These ones were 270 degrees per the specs.
Nothing on the gears has to be changed. It’s the potentiometer that has to be adjusted. When I can talk to my son-in-law I will find out more about what he did. We were amazed at how much it could lift. The gears held up great. The motor got hot trying to lift that last one and that’s why it quit. I have some of these and the 20kg models in some of my rc cars that have lasted more then three years. Thanks for watching and commenting. After I talked to him I will give what info I can.
He said he glued the potensinometer
Sorry sent by accident. He glued the potentiometer in the neutral position. Some servos this method didn’t work so Good but it worked great on this brand. Good luck.
Plastic always keeps braking
Wow .. That is the coolest crawler park I have seen so far
Yes they have a nice big course lots of different obstacles. Then lots of trails in the woods with different obstacles too. Nice race track with jumps and flat oval track too. Fun place and they only charge $5.00 per driver last time we went. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun rc’ing.
life saver , thanks dude

Free!!!
Traxxas makes a few good cars but I will be no longer supporting them after shutting down ccxrc’s website for selling aftermarket parts that fit the Traxxas tr4m. It’s almost like Traxxas wants to hurt the rc community not build it up
I was just watching that. I agree feel bad I just bought one a few weeks ago. The grandkids and I have fun racing the 2wd on their oval track.
Thanks for video. How is the motor doing?
It has held up good. I do clean it out and oil the bushing after 2-3 runs. It’s about 1 1/2 mph slower then the titan motor. I have a Holmes 550 12 turn trail-master in another car it is slower the stock motor also. Went from 90 spur to 86 and it is same speed as stock with no heat issues at all. Really good motor for $20. Thanks for watching. Have fun.
Thanks.
Really helpful your awesome
So glad it helped. Thanks for watching.
new subscriber here 😀
Thanks for sub. Yes we have fun there. Thanks for watching. I subscribed you too.
nice rc crawler course 🤩🤩🤩
Sorry I missed your comment a few months ago. Yes very nice rc park. Lots of crawler course to run plus trails with obstacles in the woods and couple of race tracks too. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have fun rc’ing
This is amazing!
Thanks for watching and commenting. It is a nice rc park. Lots of different obstacles for crawlers and trails with obstacles in the woods too. And two race tracks. Have fun rc’ing
I use to run 12T Golbact in my 4wd.. Now I'm running a 11v - 19T Red Cat brushed motor..
That's awesome I wish I had enough room for a track! Subbed!
Thanks for watching and commenting. It’s my daughter and son in-law’s place and they just added 11 more acres so lots of room now. It’s so fun.
Genius!!! Thank you so much. My senton's servo saver just fell apart while I was swapping out the servo, I thought I was screwed!!
Glad it helped you. Thanks for watching
Thank you.
Glad it helped. Thanks for the comment. Have fun rc’ing
Great deal. It totally makes sense that dirt will get in and jam it up. Thanks for showing us how to get the spring back in. Awesome instructional video. 👍👍
So glad it helped. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have a great day.
Just ordered this motor for my Rustler. The Titan 12T bushings needed constant oiling or they would squel badly. Strong engine though. I've heard the Globact has bearings but yours looks to be bushings.
I haven’t seen the one with bearings, that would be nice to try. I agree the bushings in the titan are really bad. I cleaned and oiled mine after every dirt run and they didn’t last long maybe 12 battery packs. After the original titan went bad I put another one in and that started squealing the first time I ran it. The titan is the fastest of any we tried so far. Just put in a Holmes trail master sport ($20) yesterday. That has a bearing on the shaft side. It’s slightly slower then the titan also. Be interesting to see how it holds up. Thanks for watching and commenting! Have fun rc’ing
@@bapasrcadventures3619 The oil you use matters too. Regular three in one oil will just fling out cause it's too thick. A good synthetic oil should do the trick
【promosm】 🎶
thanks for the video mine was full of shit and sticking to the right after a shock...even tho the spline was perfectly fine i was puzzled until i found your video...you should have shown how to take the cap off with a little flathead screwdriver i had to resolve to a second video to figure this part but thanks man :)
Thanks for watching. Glad it helped. Your right I have often thought that disassembly should have been included. Have fun rc’ing
👍✌
Very interesting. I wonder if DI water might be better as it's less conductive? On a larger motor you could simply use a burnishing tool but with this little guy it would be difficult and as you said this method also helps to seat the brushes and clean the commutator. Great idea. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thanks for watching. And subscribing.
I watched a video about guys who raced brushed motors for years and always qualified at the top. They said they never used distilled water
👍
Goood short
