Zimbabweans are just building everywhere. It doesn't matter whether it is Harare, Mutare, or Chivi, Zimbos are just building for their future. This country is poised for greatness.

@07:11 the verdict looks like a trendy joint from the modern branding to the extra amenities put to modernise the place.... Kudos to the entrepreneur modernising rural retail experience...... I liked the neighbourhood too very nice bungalows there..... Very encouraging

Just selling stands without upgrading the core infrastructure is not a smart idea.
This place looks 1950 except for the new housing.
It seriously needs an upgrade ( modernisation).
Here are a few ideas :
Knock down all those shops and build a decent mall where you can then house those shop owners .
2.Pave/ tar the area so no dusty or muddy roads in the CBD.
    3. Build a vocational training center where people can learn welding, carpentry, building etc
    4. A farmers' market where farmers can bring and sell their products.
5.Build a decent terminus for public transport.
    6. Create a beautiful public park.
You can also add new buildings that offer services that of value to the community eg fire brigade etc.
