I'm with you. 40h of work a week, drained after... I requested 32h from my employer because I really cannot make it. ADHD on top of that does not help.
I experience the same... Go to work, looking forward to hits the books when the kids are put to sleep. But once they sleep, I'm ready to do the same 😂
