Super interesting. Perhaps a segment for my Microbiology course covering the Human Biome and Entereobacteriasea

I am curious about the Biome affecting genes, do bacteria and enzymes in the gut "travel" into the genes, turning things on and off?

How a person lives, eats etc., effects the turning off or on of genes. I had identical twins now grown up, and my mother and her sister were identical twins... both have had similarities and differences in their lives. My twins did join the study.

Why don't you use people with some food intolerance?

Oh! That's why! I use to have suvere food intolerance, not the deadly kind but the wide variety of allergic food kind and I wonder why I exercised more than my friend, eat healthier food and less food but still end up overweight!
